Really impressed with the look and feel of this restaurant. The food presentation was also beautiful. Unfortunately the flavors didn’t live up to the visuals. Glad I came but probably would only go once.

Been going here a lot since it opened as the Union. The menu has changed each time Ive gone. The Marshall Chicken was good.

My wife and I had the fish & chips, and fish fry. The fish and chip portion was very small and overcooked. My fish fry and coke slaw were tasty but the fish left a huge grease spot on my plate

First time visiting and it was great all the way around. Extensive beer and cocktail list to start, I had a Three Heads Blueberry Belgian Waffle Cream Ale. The Fish Fry was amazing, nailing the perfect balance between a crispy coating with a tender, flaky haddock filet…no mushiness anywhere to be found and the house tartar sauce added another dimension that might have made this the best fish fry I ever had. I was actually saddened a bit when I finished the last bite. The “chip” like fries were excellent as well…good on their own, crispy and salted just right, no ketchup was needed.
Service was prompt and friendly and the 60’s era Seabreeze hey-day ambiance made for a cozy early dinner as the place was filling up with regulars who were engaging as well I’ll be back and will probably add this to my wife’s and my regular rotation.

We ate here for the first time tonight. We were invited by my wife’s uncle and aunt. I had the pot roast and she had the fish and chips. Both were very good and a great value.
We had the pleasure of sitting with Kelly Bush (the owner). She is very sweet and passionate about the history of the property and other activities that go on there.
I suggest that you try it out if you are in the area.

Visited for the first time but it will not be the last! Great atmosphere with a vintage feel.
The service was exceptional – attentive and quick. So many things on the menu we wanted to try but chose one of the nights specials – a glazed porkchop – and a strip steak with oyster mushrooms. We had the fried oysters for an appetizer and pie for desert. You gotta try their chocolate peanut butter tort – so rich and decadent! The key lime pie was perfect – light, sweet, with just the right amount of tart. Will definitely be visiting this gem again!

Nice, prompt and helpful bartenders. It was 2 minutes until the kitchen was closing and they let us take a couple of minutes to decide and still put in an order for us. The ricotta dip appetizers we had were very good.

This was a massive disappointment. While the hostess was very nice and accommodating, the waitress was a complete disaster. She wasn’t new yet she didn’t know the answer to any of our questions or about the menu. I ordered the whipped ricotta on toasted bread with olive oil. She brought out the whipped ricotta with small pieces of pita bread and no olive oil. She said they were out of olive oil. What kind of restaurant has olive oil on the menu but no olive oil in the house. I refused the dish as it was not at all what I ordered yet when the bill came, she tried to charge me for it. My friend ordered the fish fry. It was 75% greasy batter and 25% fish. She said that it was only mediocre. Their dessert selection was also very poor. They had several very tired desserts in a case and a brownie or apple skillet but no ice cream. I’ve never seen a brownie skillet without ice cream. The music was too loud and unpleasant. We asked to be seated by the fireplace, which they advertised, only to find out it was blocked by furniture and not on. The only good thing about our meal was that the waitress gave me a free glass of apple cider as an apology for all of the problems. I plan a monthly dinner for a large group and had been planning on bringing them here but no way after the experience we just had.

We ordered the union burger with fries on the side. The portion size was perfect and a good value. The flavors and combination of textures was a delight, crispy bacon, but not crumbly, deep fried onion ring, fresh tomato, lettuce, and cheddar cheese complimented with a chipotle sauce. Really good.
I ordered medium and got medium. That was a big plus.
And the fries are also uniquely delightful.
Our waitress was wonderful! A great experience overall.

4.6 This is a restaurant I chose using Google Maps looking for a place to eat where we’d been before but wanted to try something else. Seeing Lamb and Pork Shanks on their menu it was a must. Their lobster rolls also looked good in one or two photos. Win win all around. Being early October, however, they were closing the summer menu so lobster rolls were not available and not having started the winter menu, shanks were not available.
Fortunately, there were many alternative choices and our party of three enjoyed all of them. We had the place all to ourselves on an off hour but the bartender who was also our server told us they were usually packed. They do offer live music and a second floor of seating for these busy nights. She made two of us the best Negroni I’ve ever had…asking her about this talent, she smiled and said she makes them how she likes them. Good taste.
The steak quesadilla was incredible. I could post my four photos of this dish alone and you’d want to come eat here….how to choose… The steak was an add-on choice. Patrons can also add shrimp, chicken and Buffalo chicken.
We also ordered the shrimp skewers with two different sauces on the side, two we’d all never tried, Marshall and Boom Boom.
For mains we ordered two salmon entrées, and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich which came with uniquely shaped fries that are one of a kind.
The sandwich was oozing in cheese and looked stupendous. This was confirmed by my partner eating it. The salmon was a nice mix of crispness and tenderness. Absolutely worth a trip here if you’re not a local and visiting.
