Received my delivery order, one pizza was undercooked and doughy. I called to let them know and asked for a refund for that specific pizza, the lady said no but we can remake it and deliver it. I asked what if it’s messed up again and she said “it won’t be, I’m making it.” Well, 30 minutes later, the pizza arrives…. Well done. Money wasted. See the difference between the two pics – the one up close is doughy and the second one is extremely well done with the crust burnt.

On a positive note, the delivery lady was super sweet and apologetic, even though she doesn’t make the pizza. We appreciated that.

honestly this place is hit or miss. when i first ate here it was really good but last night was awful.when i went to pick up the pizza there was a roach on the counter and in that moment i should’ve just walked out. that alone makes me question their cleanliness which is unfortunate because on a good day the pizza is really good. i ordered bread sticks and got bread with nothing but oil on it. i tried calling that same night but nobody answered so i went in the next day to get a refund and the manager told me she only does same day refunds (i called and got no answer that same day so i don’t see how there couldn’t have been an exception). i mentioned that it was my fault for ordering a hour before close and she made a face, laughed and agreed with me. an hour before close or not i should still get my food made the right way. i’m a person who’s paying your business.. you get paid to be there if you don’t like the job, leave. it sucks that the person who made my food will not get any consequences or even a talk by the manager. i just feel like there was no professionalism when i talked to her about the issue. she told me she can remake the pizza or give me credits and that’s all she could do. the remake on the pizza and breadsticks were good and i was satisfied but id defiantly rather have my money back after seeing that roach. i will not be returning here sadly. oh and dont order a hour before close or you’ll be wasting your money and won’t be able to get a refund for it.

Pizza and wings were good. That’s where the good ends. Ordered online through the app for delivery, was told it would be about 35 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes tried to call the store – got put on hold 15 minutes and no one ever came back. Called again – immediately hung up. Called the third time, talked to a manager who couldn’t care less. The only thing they could say was “I completely understand”. No apology. No attempt to make things right. This is the second time to have pretty much the exact experience. Overall terrible customer service, which if that’s how the manager responds, it’s no wonder why everything else is also bad. I don’t expect this review to change anything from the store, but just try to prevent others from having to deal with incompetence

My second time trying this location third time trying Marcos period.. I must say I am quickly becoming a fan. This particular location has been very good on both occasions. The pizza was made like I asked and was fresh. I can tell the folks who work here care about the pizza they are making. I ordered the a large Double Pepperoni cooked just the way i like it and Meat lovers which i loved especially since the sausage didn’t overpower the pizza. Both were good. 20min away but its the closest location to my house, but I will definitely make the drive back for more.

We ordered from here tonight. I know it’s Halloween. But they very clearly forgot about our order. We ordered at 8:38 PM and our order is expected to arrive at 10:02. Will never order from here again. Horrible service. My pizza was only updated as “being picked up” after I received a notification email that my pizza was delivered and called Marcos to ask where exactly it was. Absolutely ridiculous
