Disgusting food quality. Got home and all the food was old and not properly prepared. Fries and onion rings were cooked in old grease and had been sitting out probably all day due to no one there which should’ve been a red flag as to why no one was eating there. There was old grill residue on the burgers leaving black stuff all over them . The chicken nuggets were like hockey pucks. Literally threw everything away and am out $30. Won’t be back.

Hi, I wanted to report an issue with my visit to this Burger King location today.
I waited in line and ordered chicken fries, and I only received one sauce. When I walked back in to politely ask for another one, the employee told me I had to pay for it. I didn’t mind paying, but what bothered me was the attitude and the service.
I stood at the front counter for over five minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and honestly felt rude and dismissive.
I just wanted to make you aware because this isn’t the experience customers should have.

When I ask for extra ketchup and mayo, why would you think I would want it COMPLETELY COVERED!?! Absolutely disgusting. There has to be a specific amount of “extra” surly not an entire bottle on one sandwich. I’m not even joking. I wish I took a picture.

I got two burger meals and two kids meals but then I added a chicken sandwich at the end. They forgot my chicken sandwich somehow. That’s no big deal except when you called them they don’t even answer the phone because the phone says it’s invalid. This is terrible
