Coffee was not great, definitely not as good as it used it be. Person at register was quite rude and sounded irritated to be there. We were also given the wrong drinks – all three of them, even though we were the only ones in the drive through. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience and am not sure if I’d like to return. I really did like this place, but it seems quality and customer service are lacking.

We go here pretty much 1-2 times a week. Unfortunately the last two times our order hasn’t had any caramel in our drinks and our drinks have tasted straight like milk. Which is a bummer. Staff around 1030am today just wasn’t on their game at all. Granted it was busy and they probably needed more on staff but if it continues will have to go elsewhere. Hopefully things turn around. Overall it’s a very cute shop and the staff is super super nice. Even in rushes, still need to slow down a bit and get all ingredients in to create your craft!

This is a favorite local coffee shop in Hilliard offering a relaxed atmosphere with several tables, different style chairs, pastries and breakfast sandwiches. Service is friendly and the restroom is clean. It’s gets very busy early in the morning and in the afternoon after school. When my son visits from Chicago he typically chooses this shop for us to have breakfast before he departs. There’s just something wonderful about a warm cup of fresh coffee, good conversation, and a friendly face behind the counter. The owner runs a shop in West Jefferson that is equally good!

Love coming here when I come up from dayton to visit my once neighbor who now lives few blocks away from this delicious coffee shop I have to stop. I recommend coming if your in the area or live here & never tried it. The have things to by from the locals too!

I got a fresh coffee here today with some sugar free English Toffee syrup and it was very fresh and good. The lady’s working here are kind and pleasant to speak with, so just what you would like on an early morning coffee run.

Really like these small, local coffee shops. Very clean inside, quick service from the barista and the counter staff are helpful. There is good seating inside and it is very comfortable feeling. They also offer coffee flights which I will have to try at some point.
The espresso was good, the crema could have poured a little thicker for my taste and they use regular size cups for their espresso which dilutes it a little bit as well. Both the lattes and the cappuccinos are very good. They are now having a latte special at least monthly.
There is a really good cold brew for hot summer afternoons.

Overpriced girls we’re rude. We ordered a large and a small and they were both the exact same size and we got more ice than coffee. Very disappointed.

Okay so I just walked into this fabulous little coffee house( to use the bathroom ) and OMG This place is amazing the staff is super friendly and efficient! The atmosphere is everything! Oh yeah and the coffee put that chain ⛓️ to shame along with being way affordable! Got a frozen caramel Mocha with caramel and fudge drizzle + a brownie for $9.50! I think I’m in love y’all

I used to go here all the time years ago and it is just as good as I remember. Staff is very friendly and the drive thru was quick. I ordered the iced new ground mocha and it was sooooo good.

I got their hot buckeyes latte, loved it.
Specially the crema tasted amazing.
My friend got a mango bubble tea which was mediocre though.
Coffee cake was super soft with a slight cinnamon touch, just the way it is supposed to be.
Employees could be more welcoming, when it’s literally nobody else for the customers except us.
