quite literally the slowest drive through i have ever been through. genuinely seemed like there was only 1 worker. Took forever just to get our order taken when there was only 1 car in front of us, and once they took our order, took about 15 mins of sitting in the drive through to get food. don’t come here if you’re in a rush.

Store was clean enough to eat off the floor! All the condiments were orderly, no dirty tops or trash. Really nicely kept.

This was an excellent Carl’s Jr. The young lady that took our other and then brought it to our table was so kind and seemed to really like to make her customers welcomed and happy. Great job. I wish I got her name to give her kudos to the corporate office.

Every time I order their fries, they are not consistent. Today, half of the batch was really dark and oily, the other half fine. Lettuce on the spicy chicken wasn’t fresh either, but the chicken patty and bun were good.

The box are not correct for the sandwiches. And the sandwiches looks totally different from the pictures on the post. I bought this chicken sandwich because the picture has tomatoes and lettuce and bacon, but the one we got only have pickles.

Standard Carl’s Jr. Decently clean interior with large burgers made to order.
Awesome to see that they have a composting option on addition to landfill trash bins

No syrup in soda, AI in the drive thru is annoying, difficulty with communicating with staff at the drive thru, didn’t confirm our order so when we got to the window, she got our order wrong and she had to do it all over again. She was nice though but maybe needs more training

Standing at the counter trying to order $50+ worth of food for our construction crew, asking for a code for the bathroom for someone in our crew to use it. The lady at the counter says “not until you pay”. Went straight to KFC and guess what- they have the same policy but the staff was nice enough to give the code while we were paying.

This is terrible especially for someone in emergency situation.
It was obvious we were customers, we read the menu for a few minutes before someone even talked to us.
The person at the counter should not work customer service job.

Good service. Burger bun was kind of flat. Fried zucchini is really good.

While driving to Sacramento, I needed to use a restroom. In California, everyone has locks on them so the homeless don’t move in.
The sign on the door states restrooms are for customers only. I was going to buy a drink to accommodate the request and use the restroom. I told the lady at the counter that I’m going to buy a drink and asked for the code. She stated “You have to buy something first.” SERIOUSLY?!!! I was “dancing” while ordering the drink!!
I’m going to In-N-Out next time…. They don’t have locks on their restrooms!
