DO NOT EAT HERE. I spent $19 on a togo enchilada plate -Cold, unmelted cheese, tortillas falling apart, and NOT A DROP of enchilada sauce! In fact it had salsa slopped underneath like they didn’t care at all. It was disgusting and insulting to charge money for this.
My boyfriend’s steak and eggs were no better. The steak was burnt to a crisp and tasted like beef jerky. Completely inedible.
$19 for enchiladas alone (with tax) is a joke. At that price, you expect quality! not slop. For apx same money, you could eat at Javier’s in Irvine Spectrum and actually get enchiladas.
This place clearly has no quality control and no pride in their food. We will never return. Save yourself the disappointment and go literally anywhere else.

Came here to have breakfast with the family. The food quality is really great and the staff is friendly and attentive. Good place if you’re looking for excellent but familiar Mexican food.

They have Ice Cold Mexican Coke!!! That was the highlight of our meal. Ordered 2 cheese enchiladas. The tortilla was falling apart, the cheese was cold and not melted, and the salsa was cold. These were cold, bland, and just nasty enchiladas. Also had carne asada fries. They were topped and prepped pretty good over all. There was enough meet to barely taste and it was chopped so small it got lost behind a couple of sliced tomato and onions. The worst part about the fries is that they were not cooked(reheated) all the way through. They looked soggy, no crisp or color, just badly cooked. It has been a year since I came here and now I remember why. I give up on this place. I am sure there are other items that are good to eat, but my problem was the execution of the meals not as much as the flavors. No kids meals or portions when I asked.

ONLY HAD THEIR MENUDO..I have no idea how anything else is….BUT I’ll tell you this right off the bat, their red salsa in their squeeze bottle is awsome freaking hot and really good…This was my taste and outcome

If they offer corn tortillas, like they did to me..it was 2.00 extra for hand made, which I dont agree of it, but.

I got onions,cilantro. Menudo mix species were in a shaker oregano,chile flakes, all mix together…over all experience..not to my like…I did’t not see the reviews till after ordering…I honestly feal is worth a one item try…but not for a whole family for the first time….this is how I choose where to take my family too…I try it first.

Love their Camaornes Diabla ! So dang spicy n I’m a Chili freak so beware and tell them to make the sauce mild heat if you don’t like it to spicy. Other then that the shrimp is perfect cooked, seasoned and the rice and beans are yummy. Taste homemade. They also handmake their tortillas. Little hole in the wall.

First time trying this location and the food was not good at all. The beans were like water. The rice was decent but you can taste that it was reheated. Asked for shredded chicken got small grilled pieces that did not taste fresh. I would not recommend. Disappointed cause the location on 4th st is so much better.
