Swung by this McDonald’s late at night — place was actually fairly clean, which is always a win at that hour. Ordered through the self-service kiosk, smooth process. Used my rewards and got two burgers for $0 — not gonna lie, that kinda lifted my mood at 1AM. The Quarter Pounder hit the spot, solid as usual. The regular cheeseburger though? Meh, kind of a letdown. Still, free food tastes better no matter what. Wouldn’t mind stopping by again if I’m rolling through late.

Dining room is relatively clean, but it’s all downhill from there. Ordered using the app for table service. Order took somewhere around 12 minutes to prepare. Finally, a woman came walking around the dining room yelling at my table number. I showed her the number on my table, and her response was, “Yeah, but they’re kinda hard to see.“ They’re not really hard to see if you do your job and just walk around and look at the tables.
Fries were hot. One of the two pockets of fries was inverted, so half of my fries were on the bottom of the box. My Coke was covered with Coke. My cheeseburger was room temperature with almost no mustard or ketchup, and a single slice of pickle folded on itself. Old and dry.
Employee didn’t feel like walking around the dining room looking at tables. Similarly, the trash receptacles are on the opposite side of the dining room, and I don’t feel like walking all the way over there, so…

I ordered fries with no salt I watched them dump my fries into a salted fry vat and then told me they had no salt so then he remade the fries and did the same thing. I brought the nuggets back cause they was old and cold asked him for fresh nuggets and he told me no and have me a refund. Last workers, half doing a job because they didn’t want to be there. Food is always wrong except in the morning.

Takes 15-20 minutes to get thru the drive thru, food is typically wrong, and they always ask you to pull forward even if your the only one in line. The lobby is always trashed and typically had 3-4 homeless people sleeping at the tables with all there stuff scattered around.

I work the night shift and relied on the drive thru being open. It was CLOSED 4 times last week. And then today I placed my order, when I got to the window they didn’t have it!! And while waiting she told me that the computer wasn’t working!! Total time wasted on my lunch break 30minutes!! I miss the old staff

So I am a truck driver I stopped here to get fuel and had no choice but to eat here because all the restaurants at the casino across the street were closed at midnight I didn’t even want McDonald’s I asked for my food to be fresh and while I’m standing there waiting for a fresh nuggets which takes 7 minutes the guy who is also the manager gets old fries in the grease and give them to me like they are fresh freeze and I watched him do the whole thing

I didn’t think about taking pic wish I should of but the place was nasty and sheltering homeless ppl. In there sleeping heads on the table lady with dog NOT service I sat in my car and watch ppl. go in and right back out just NASTY!!!! supposed to be a place of business to purchase food NOT SHELTER…..You should’ve had them clean up in the place

Waited 20 minutes in stall 1 for my mobile pickup, never received my food. Went in to get a refund but couldn’t as it was on the app and couldn’t cancel it on there either. Won’t ever try eating here even if I’m on my deathbed. Save your money
