My reviews are never bought or sold only truth given. First time at this location and the customer service was horrible. No one greet you when u come in. The lady doesn’t make eye contact with you. I will never come back to this location. Customer service is everything and this place doesn’t have it. Maybe I came on a bad night? Don’t matter customer service and experience should always be pleasant. Wings was crispy like I asked. I just won’t come back due to service.

I brought a chicken Philly and got nothing but onions on the Philly. I simply asked him to refund me or remake it for another day. The Asian man gone say bring it up here, mind you, it’s been thundering and raining all day. I’m not about to drive back to your store for a refund or make when you can simply just correct the issue you and process my refund back to my card. For you to even sell a sandwich with mostly onions and I asked for light veggies is insane! Trifling!!

I like the new management of this location. The staff is way friendlier. The food is also better in my opinion my only thing is sometimes the wings are a nice size and other times their on the tinier side like from a baby chick. I have gone a few times and will go back.

This location is under new management and is very good at customer service, everyone was friendly, the food was delicious and portion size is great! The cooks were especially nice and funny. I will definitely be coming back !

Cheesesteak and ham/turkey sandwich pretty good.
The really outstanding thing I noticed is the kitchen floor and food prep area is spic and span, in the middle of lunch hour.

I miss the old management the food was always good, even 15 minutes before closing they never gave excuses about cooking your food. The food here is a hit or miss, the staff is friendly but always lazy towards then end.They Don’t answer the phone an hour before closing. I come in 30 minutes before closing time with plenty of time to cook my food and they don’t want to take my order. Don’t say you close at a certain time if you stop taking orders 30/40 minutes before closing time. Because the amount of people that go in 15 minutes before closing to get food and don’t get the service they are willing to pay for is crazy. You’re supposed to clean after closing time not before closing time it’s ridiculous.

Wings are small and we ordered the house special fried rice. It said it had beef, chicken and shrimp. The beef was what you use to make Philly cheesesteaks (had the consistency of steak ums shredded), chicken wasnt diced chicken (it was small pieces of shredded chicken). Very disappointing. This will be our last time going.

I will never order wings from this place again. I ordered a 20 wings combo, with french fries, celery and a drink for $25. The wings are the smallest I have ever seen and are also dry. The french fries are uneatable, they are soggy and raw on the inside. Even the celery, which I thought you could not go wrong with, were bad. The reason of 2 stars is because the lemon pepper on the wings were ok. Oh and the drink, a diet coke, was flat. I am sure they could do it a lot better, the other wings places around can do it for the same price.

Ever since the new staff has been in there it has been nice and inviting going there to eat every one of them including the cooks all seem to have good personalities it just seems a lot more family-oriented and the food has gotten a lot better the Philly cheese steak actually has toppings and me on it enough to cover the bread whoever ran it before we’re very skimpy.
