Very good place. Friendly workers. Enjoyed eating at the table. The guys when they weren’t taking orders was sweeping the area. Loved to see it. Reminded me from something out of a movie. Can’t wait to come back to eat and finish reading my Manga at the restaurant.

First time customer. Ordered $70 worth of food for my family and 2 people ordered almond chicken. The almond chicken was just sweet and sour chicken breaded nuggets with a meh tasting gravy. The orange chicken was good, however. The fried rice was a bit undercooked. We ordered on Christmas though. We usually order at the Chinese spot in point place.

Omg nasty disgusting food, also lied to get a sale, said NO spring rolls, only egg rolls, lol yeah sure you can keep your spring rolls and your fishy smelling food. Not to mention some nasty dirty guy goes in walks behind the counter grabs a handful of fortune cookies, demands food, sits down shoveling the cookies into his mouth. Seriously GROSS!!

Where do I begin?! PSA: There is a glitch on the ordering website. Had my husband not questioned the $77.80 order for only 3 people, I would have never known that I was charged for extra food that I did NOT order nor select. How you may ask, well, here is how. After selecting and adding the coconut chicken (and other things) to my order, I decided to opt out of the white rice that comes with the coconut chicken. While editing my order, I noticed I could change out the white rice for chicken fried rice for an additional $4.90. It was a plus for me since I was ordering 2 pints of chicken fried rice. After submitting that change, I proceeded to edit the amount for the pints of chicken fried rice from 2 to 1. I never noticed anything different until I thoroughly went over the receipt and menu. I went as far as placing my order all over again. Well to my astonishing surprise when you swap out the white rice for another type of rice it adds that change to your order as a newly orderd item, without removing the regular coconut chicken selection, therefore double charging you for extra food and increasing the number of ordered items without any changes/ substitutions. On top of that, when I changed the number of items for the 2 pints of chicken fried rice to 1 (because I get a pint with my coconut chicken for $4.90 saving me $2.55) it changed automatically from a pint to a quart. All I did was change the number from 2 to 1 and selected the update quantity option. So again, charging me for extra food I did not order. Go to the website and do as I did, and you will see exactly what I am talking about.

After going back and forth with the manager who was trying so hard not to give me a refund. Mind you, I didn’t even open the bags. The staples and everything else was still intact the exact same way they handed it to me. He began stating that I am supposed to review my order before submitting it. Well, had I done anything other than those 2 things and / or clicked on any other items, then what I did, then I definitely would have thoroughly double-checked my order. So I brought to his attention that nowhere in the terms and conditions from ordering online does it say that if I negligently review my order before submitting it (which was not the case but I still wasn’t aware of that at that point) that I have to to pay for food that I didn’t order, didn’t need, won’t eat, and will waste. Meanwhile, I’m telling him I will come back up there with my still stapled unopened bags and allow you to open my bags and remove the automatically added items yourself. After he finally agreed, I did just that. While I was on my way back to the store, I figured out who, what, when, where, why, and how all this happened.

SO WAIT, THERE’S MORE! IT GETS WORSE!
While he is trying to go through the process of giving me my refund, I VERY NICELY explained to him that on the way back up there, I discovered a glitch on their website and that if he had 45 seconds for me to show him that I gladly will. He acted as if I was speaking unmentionables to him and was quickly trying to ignore what I was saying. So much so that he charged my card for $20 instead of refunding me the $20. That takes 7-10 BUSINESS days to get back. So now I’m short $40 from my bank account for 2 separate things that I wasn’t at fault for. Granted, he did void out that $20sale and refunded $20 in cash, I still have to wait 7-10 business days for the other $20.
“*BUT WAIT, IT GETS FRIKING WORSE*”
So I finally got home and sat down to eat after I made 3 plates and served my family. I’m 3 bites in, wait what is that!? (Looks closer) Oh, HELL NO!!!! IT CANT BE! IT JUST CANT FRIKING BE! YUP!!! It DEFINITELY is a short grey hair in my coconut chicken!!!! My hair is dark, long, kinky/curly, and glued to my head. This place “USED” to be good.
GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER! DO BETTER BUSINESS SO YOU DONT GO OUT OF BUSINESS! On another note, these other reviews are absolutely true.

As a first time customer from out of town wanted to try some local Chinese that had some good reviews. After picking up my to go order of Fried Rice and chicken wings, I get to my location to eat just to realize they did not include my beverage nor did they include utensils a napkin not one packet of soy sauce or hot sauce after calling and informing them that they didn’t include a fork to eat the food with. They told me I could come back and get a fork and a packet of soy sauce and that I should ask for it. That let me know right then that I will never ever return nor recommend
