Food is really good. Service is a little slow and we had part of order come out and had to wait for the rest. But they were very nice about getting it to us as soon as possible. Restaurant looked clean inside, parking lot had some trash but nothing terrible.

We ordered and waited much longer than its usually taken just for them to call us up and tell us they were out of most of their food. And we had to settle on something we didnt really want. Drink bar were all needing to be refilled. First time being at this location. Im not sure how it is normally ran. But we probably won’t go out of our way to come back to this one.

Food is alright, the service is fine and the atmosphere is good. Its always a great place to get a little computer work done and meet with someone. Plenty of parking and the location is very convenient.

The lighting in here was wonderful, the food was great and plated with a perfect portion size. The drinks were amazing, I got the tomato basil BLT and a mango smoothie. The menu had plenty of options and lots of healthy sweet treats:) I also got a small bag of chips which were very good and not filled with chemical ingredients or dyes. Overall everything here was great and the workers were very kind!

Delicious food!!! I will always go the extra mile for their Mac and cheese. They are so patient and understanding through the drive thru. I’m pregnant, and a first time mom, so I ask them all sorts of questions about their possible egg and dairy ingredients as well as about their salads. They have no issue at all heating anything with lunch meat for the 60 seconds pregnant women are required to do, and no issue double checking ingredients for me. I adore this location.

I ordered a bread bowl with Mac N cheese and I was told they were out of the bread bowls so I got a regular bowl of Mac n cheese. This would have been fine except for the fact that the bowl was way smaller than a bread bowl. I went up to the counter and asked if I could get another bowl because they we out of bread bowls. They told me that they had just made more. They lady’s at the counter went to talk to the manager. The manager, (blonde hair with round glasses) said that she would bring me out a bread bowl. I was satisfied and went to sit back down at my table. Then I saw and heard the manager talking about me and mocking me. Then I was brought out not a bread bowl but a to go cup of Mac n cheese. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!

Purchased a baker’s dozen of everything bagels today online for pick-up at 7:10 am this morning. When I arrive back home at 7:25 am, I discovered they were stone cold. Not fresh as I expected. I think they were baked the previous day. Rather than baking the bagels and then sprinkling on the everything seasoning, the bagels had been rolled in the everything seasoning so they were covered on all side with seasoning. Quite unexpected.

Amazing service. The manager, Carter, was awesome. Super helpful with allergy issues, I came with my elderly grandfather and he was incredibly patient and kind to him as well. And all the staff that I saw seemed smiley and kind too. Best customer service experience in a long time!

Dont order anything from this Panera location. I’ve ordered a few times from here and they NEVER get my order right. I ordered a sandwich without greens and they put them on there even marked the sandwich no greens and it clearly said on the receipt no greens. They didn’t put any tomatoes on it and its supposed to come with tomatoes. I previously ordered a chicken Caesar salad and it was full of chicken bones. I’ve ordered chicken noodle soup and it had no noodles they sent me broth. I’m never getting food from there again, it’s an overpriced joke. Save your money. They can’t get a basic order right
