The ingredients are always fresh, and you can really tell the quality is there. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family.
What I loved: The ingredient wall is huge and everything looked incredibly fresh. I opted for the Herbal Beef Bone broth, and honestly, it was delicious, super comforting and flavorful.
A few heads-ups:
• Watch the weight: There’s a 1lb minimum (roughly $14), but the costs add up fast! If you aren’t careful with the tongs, you might end up with a $50 surprise at the register like the person in front of me.
• Sauce limits: If you’re a sauce enthusiast like I am, you might be a bit disappointed. The bar is pretty tiny and lacked variety; I really missed having sacha as a base to customize my sauce
Overall: It’s a solid spot if you’re in the neighborhood and craving a quick, high-quality bowl. However, if I’m looking for the full experience, I’ll likely stick to my usual ACYE favorites like Lemongrass or KPOT Pembroke Pines.
They have a great selection of seafood, meat, tofu, hard boiled eggs, and 6+ types of noodles.
Plus they had so many fresh veggies – bock choi, lotus root, baby carrots, snow peas, and 6+ different types of mushrooms!
And don’t even get me started on their broth-they have so many options, and one of them are vegetarian friendly!
This place would be a great place to visit on a chilly day!Even if Miami’s chilly spells don’t last long~
