I made mobile order at 1:56 on 2/15/2026.it was 3:03 when I finally got my order. Stood in store for probably 35 minutes before anyone even ask if they could help me. The manager,I assume ( gray looking shirt) was working the counter, if you can call that working. She was too busy engaged in helping apparently a friend of hers. He got his order before mine.then made a second order and of course she gave him his second order before she ever even said anything to me. The young lady from the drive-thru was the only one that assisted in getting my order. Really disappointed. Farmerville louisiana location runs circles around Eldorado as far as service. Employees need to be talked to or let go.will not return.

During my recent visit to Popeye’s Kitchen, located conveniently across from the Fairfield Inn El Dorado, I encountered friendly service from cashier Marquees, whose promptness and warmth enhanced my overall experience. One of the associates also made rounds to check on all guests, which added a nice touch. However, despite ordering the Ghost Pepper wings, I found them lacking in the flavor intensity. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the tables left much to be desired.

Im not one to do this, but I just went into popeys with my husband and brother. We walked in for take out, and our server, miss Heaven, before she even took our ourder, kept talking about how she was done taking orders and she was tired of being there. I felt that and understand that being a cashier myself, but at the same time customers are not ment to be hearing you say such things coming out of your mouth minutes before youre ment to take their order. Not only that but she messed up our entire order to the point that we had to go else were for food, simply because we didnt feel like it would have gotten us anywhere if we aproached her about the mistakes. She had an attitude the entire time, and looked visibly annoyed at us for even coming in.
In the picture we had a box of 4 peice chicken with a biscut and fries, two chicken sandwichs that were ment to be just cheese on them, but ended up haveing everything on them, and a chicken wrap. Everything was dented and crumpled up. It looked like it was just tossed in before it was passed to us. We were missing 2 full meals with those chicken sandwiches and the one meal we did get was ment to be a large. We vocalized our entire order to her perfectly, just to look at the reiept just to be disapointed and personally mad.

I have been all over the country and every Popeyes has the rudest staff. This one though? I love them so much!! They usually are insanely busy so of course stress levels will rise and waits times along with it but they actually Try here and it’s so refreshing and beautiful. I love it so much. I even had a person say something kinda rude to me and the rest of the staff was like “woah we don’t do that here, be nice” and yall that was amazing to see in a fast food restaurant. Employees holding each other accountable respectfully. This is the only Popeyes that has honor in my book. Yall are amazing!!! Your manager should be proud of the night shift!!
