Just wanted to buy a premade yoghurt. I was waiting at cash register for 5 minutes, 3 employees working, none took the time to help. Put back the yoghurt and left.

I visited the bakery at noon to grab a bite after my ultrasound. It was dirty every where you look. Pastries and Empanadas weren’t fresh, cashier didn’t speak English… My Danish pastry was sour, my spinach empanada was cold and tasting like it had been in there since the previous day. Definetely doesn’t keep up with the Au Bon Pain standard.

Limited options at the hospital and this is only external vender. Staff seems pretty clueless and not if it’s a language or training thing. Also wouldn’t honor advertised prices (for combos) because they weren’t supplied appropriately.
