Went to order the new Ultimate Steakhouse whopper and medium fries. And sat there and never called my order. The guy who placed my order said he gave my sandwich to someone else and wanted to know if I wanted the BBQ Bourbon Whopper that was sitting on the counter for over 5 minutes. I said no and I wanted the sandwich I ordered. He yanked the tray out of my face and stomped back to the kitchen. You could hear everyone giggling and as I waited politely again they started serving everyone before me and at the drive-Thru! I waited a few more minutes and walked out without food. After I had already paid for the first order they mixed up.

I’d like to Express that the lady at the drive thru was incredibly awesome this morning. Great attitude, friendly, helpful, polite, efficient & the service was superb. Fast, courteous, fresh food & I was Verrry impressed! Great job done by All!

I stopped by for a whopper on whopper Wednesday, (you can use a deal on the app for a $3 whopper every Wednesday).
Inside it must have been shift change at around 11am, 2 staff at the register, ringing up a meal for themselves, took a few minutes to get a hello or anything.
Then once order is placed, it took almost 10 minutes to get a regular whopper while inside, after my order was placed.
Thankfully a different worker, while eating on break asked if they had a whopper still on the works for me and they remembered to make one.
Average burger king for todays age, slow service, disappointing whopper, may still stop by for $3 whoppers, but nothing more.

We have had good success with order accuracy and freshness. The service is always good. Probably even above expectations for burger king. It’s old inside and has become drab, making it feel less clean, but it’s really still fine.

The food was what it was supposed to be and the gentleman working the counter had a great attitude but the restaurant itself needs some attention. There is a damp musty smell like when wood paneling gets wet and old and that is the first thing you smell when you walk in. While eating we swatted a fly, then another, and another so I stopped and looked around and there were a couple flies on most of the booth seats. I am sure it is from people coming in and out but they shouldn’t be left to do as they please.

I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches at 1:40 and they both looked like this. I live across town so I wasn’t going back. If you call they say they will send a coupon for a free sandwich and it never comes. I love the original chicken sandwich but from this location I am always disappointed. I need to learn that it’s not gonna change. Friendly staff doesn’t make up for subpar food.

I have been to this location multiple times and EVERY SINGLE TIME the wait at the drive through is ridiculous, no matter what time of day you go. And good luck getting what you order. The ONLY reason I go here is that my granddaughters like it. IF you get what you order the food is pretty good.

One of the dirtiest place’s I’ve ever eaten.
Service terrible lady who waited on us apparently had broken her smile . Never smiled once the whole time we were there. Food very minimal, cold dried out tasteless … doors to the kitchen and bathroomes were filthy made you almost afraid to open them….
My wife and mother in law were going to use the restroom they came out of the room disgusted and said we couldn’t even use the bathroom it was so dirty…
They have a sign in the bathroom telling they pride themselves on the cleanliness of their bathrooms. If you find something not up to par to let them know and they would see to it that it was taken care. Of right away.
I’m here to tell you they would have to gut the place in order to bring it up to code…
Not sure what is wrong v with the food service inspector but they are obviously blind .
They place not only should be shut down but condemned…
