Reviews
I arrived on time only to learn that my order was one of many that were backed up. The guy behind the counter informed me that their oven had gone down and was back again, but they were way behind. An employee walked out amid all the craziness, further exacerbating the problems.
Here’s why the Five-Star Review:
Things happen. People need to roll with the punches. Well, that’s exactly what the staff at this Little Caesars did. I witnessed their politeness to overtly rude customers, responding with smiles and free food to more than one angry customer who had prepaid and expected their meals to be ready on time. They kept the ovens rolling and treated every customer with respect, even the disrespectful ones. That’s more than most restaurant employees would have done.
Machines break; attitude is everything. Treating disrespectful people with respect, smiles, and free food is huge! I commend the guy working the front the other day. His demeanor spoke volumes. This was October 10, if I’m not mistaken.
Free life lesson, if you’re interested:
I was polite to them from the moment I arrived, and not only was my order bumped to the front of the line, I was gifted free buffalo wings, breadsticks, and marinara sauce. Treating service workers with respect should be the standard. They’re serving you, people. They’re making your food! Maybe don’t be a jerk to them. As an added bonus, though, sometimes treating people like actual people pays its dividends. And for me, those dividends were paid in wings and breadsticks with sauce. Don’t mind if I do!
Also want to shout out whoever made our order! Adam if it was you, you absolutely understood the assignment!! Thank you again❤️
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a little Caesar’s. I walked in and nobody was at the counter. Two employees were talking out the back door. After a few minutes they realized I was there and came up to take my order. They continued to leave the door open the entire time I was there, apparently they aren’t worried about mice or rats. They didn’t have a single pizza ready to take. So I ordered two pepperoni pizzas. They told me it would be 10 minutes. The two guys there continued to goof off and talk the whole time. Both of which continued to put personal belongings on the counters (phone, wallet, keys) where the food is prepared. Neither of them had on gloves or a had or a hair net. Both had beards and hair. One guy had a bandaid on his finger that he kept biting at. Other customers came in for online orders and none of them were ready. They weren’t even in the oven. After about 20 minutes I got my two pizzas and I left. The boxes were covered in sauce and other food and ruined my seats in my car. When I got home I was beyond disappointed. The pizzas could not have been made with less care if they tried. They were 2-3 inches of crust around the outside on both. I will never be back and I will be notifying the health department. Everyone there should be fired. And personally fined.
