Billy’s is one of my favorite food trucks parked at Invasive Species. Food is always good. My usual is their veggie quesadilla, I sometimes add chicken, and an order of their brussel sprouts with bacon. They are so good, I am addicted. They have their usual menu and a nightly special. Check them out on Instagram. Great people! I highly recommend a visit.

Billy’s is the best – super clean and fresh food. That’s basically what brings me back. It’s so fresh. Simple but unique and tasty! Their always there with the same great menu as well as specials every week ugh SO GOOD! and the beer at invasive is GREAT also. Thanks Aaron and Billy!!!

Billy is cool guy his staff rotates and are all cool. Food is always delicious quality and consistent. Burgers are all sliders. Definitely gotta try the brussel sprouts at least once.
