Stopped in for a quick bite while my wife & stepdaughter were at a Dentist appt. Ordered a pizza, a Large 3 Topping (all pepperoni – yum!), and sat and ate a few slices. The young fellow who waited on me was friendly and professional, and he wished me a Blessed Day. I did the same in Return 🙂 Food was AWESOME (see pic!) and I took the rest to my family for a later snack. Pizza Hut ALWAYS satisfies! Thanks for providing a needed boost to my day 🙂 Pizza Hut – there is none like it !! PS I’ve reviewed over 200 individual restaurants over the last 8 years and this one def deserves five stars! Would give it six if I could 🙂

Food looked pretty awful when I got it. Came in, ordered it, left, and it immediately looked terrible. Not the first time either. Since so much of the pizza didn’t have any cheese or toppings or sauce it tasted pretty terrible too. Don’t go here, let them die.

Always a great experience at Pizza Hut on DeZavala! The food is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Orders are accurate and ready on time. We ordered the promotion of 1 topping personal pan pizzas for 2 or 3 bucks, I forget. Pizza was hot and delicious! We ordered 2 pepperoni, 1 sausage and 1 bacon pizza. We went to pick up the order within 10 minutes and the employee had our order ready to go.

Ordered a Pepperoni Lover’s pizza, got this instead. This has happened twice. There was hardly any sauce, mostly bread and cheese. Don’t like to complain but judging by the massive negative reviews, maybe it’s time to clean house?

My pizza was delivered burnt. I called the restaurant to discuss with management. Spoke to Katlyn, she was very rude and condescending. She stated that the pizza was not burnt it was the water from the cheese that was delivered frozen the day before. I don’t know about you guys but I have never known that to be the case. Anyhow, I tried to give them a second chance and they blew it!! See for yourself below.

Asked for original pan crust, was given a thin crust pizza, they told me to go back to get the original pan crust for free, went back and pizza tasted horrible, barely had any marinara sauce in it.
I dont know why i decided to give them another chance, i already knew this location sucks…
I live 3 minute walking distance from this location and i always rather buy pizza from another pizza hut (10 min drive) because this location is clearly poorly managed. It is very sketchy, dirty, dark and scary, and the quality is not pizza hut quality. Owners should really dive in and take care of business.

Picked up a pizza the other day & bit into a lot of hair!! Picked up the Pizza and all i see is a bunch of bearded men with no facial covers to prevent hair from being added to food! NEVER going back food was plain ended up tossing it and just eating the wings

Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzias for carry out and this is what I got. Didn’t know this is what is considered pepperoni pizzia! They looked old and were dry and not to mention the obvious where is the cheese. Looks like I got a cheese pizzia with pepperoni sprinkles.
