The menu said make your own bowl would include cheese. The order screen did not include a cheese option. I asked the attendant and she said the person making the bowl would ask for the cheese type. I watched him make the order ahead of me and noticed he did not ask. I watched him make my bowl. He did not ask. I asked him for it and he was angry because I had not asked for cheese. I guess I was supposed to know that I had to initiate it. I went back to the first attendant and told her what happened and she said I was supposed to ask. I I replied that I might be overly cynical, but I think that her boss told her and him not to ask for cheese because it is an expensive ingredient. She looked sheepish and sort of turned away from me In embarrassment. It is a slimy operation.

Just went here. I got The Beef – a sandwich. I asked for it to be toasted so the cheese would be melted. Got to my gate and they had not done so. I went back and asked for it to be toasted. The lady had stated that it would be soggy if they did. I’m confused how from the get go they couldn’t have toasted the bread, meat, and cheese before putting on the other toppings. Not sure how a basic concept couldn’t have been understood. The sandwich was good, although having toasted bread with cold meat and cheese is not completely enjoyable….

This place is very poorly thought out. It has so much potential but the owner is clearly absent.
The sandwiches are “build your own” but they don’t list ingredients you can add and didn’t have onions or cucumber (the only things I bothered asking for). In the electronic ordering system you can’t add any ingredients, you can only remove what comes on the sandwich.
There are 3 different checkout lines you can order from within a 50 sq ft. area and it’s unclear where the correct place is.
The food is fine and the people working there are very nice, but come on can’t the owner see the customer experience is poor? It would be quite easy to fix.

Ordered fries and a turkey sandwich. Expensive, but so is all airport food. Fries were so hot and crispy.

The market located between gates, B 29 and B 37 in the food market area made a great breakfast sandwich for me. Service was friendly and the sandwich is made quite quickly. Great place!

Awful and expensive! One single slice of cheese, one single slice of salami, one single slice of mortadella, I opened before I walked out as it felt so light, they say that’s how the owners told them to make it! That came from the supervisor!!

The food was not great and over priced. The employees were not inviting at all. We should have gone to starbucks next door, but were in a hurry. The thing that’s more upsetting is they charged me for my daughters drink and then went and charged her for the same drink. I realized the double charge once we were on the plane. I called them and the number on the receipt was a previous owners. I’m going to file a dispute with my bank for the price difference. I wonder how many other people were over charged.

Excellent sandwiches, had the meatball sub (the godfather) and the roast beef sandwich on some kind of toasted ciabatta with arugula, some type of cheese, horseradish and aiolie. Hit the spot, was fresh and tasty.
