I recently tried several items at Bowl N Bite and was really impressed! Everything I ordered was very good, and I love that you can add extra sauces to customize the flavor of your bowl.
The falafel (made with chickpeas) had a really nice crunch, and the chicken bowl was my favorite protein option. They also offer steak and gyro, which gives you great variety.
I also had to try the pudding cat dessert, it was super fun and cute!
They have great drink options as well, I went with San Pellegrino and both flavors were good. The portions are generous, and the staff are friendly and happy to help.
Overall, a great spot for a flavorful and filling meal. I’ll definitely be back!

I honestly cannot recommend Bowl n Bite enough! I work in Apache Mall, and the employees here have been so warm and welcoming since the day they opened. They catered for our store during Black Friday and we’ve been raving about it every lunch break since. It’s not just “good for food court food”, it’s phenomenal as a whole and makes me want to stop by even on my days off to get a delicious and affordable meal. Their fries are some of the best in Rochester (I ate most of them before I could even get a good photo! Hot, crispy, wonderful seasoning) and their bowls are AMAZING with many options, I love the chicken satay and saffron rice. I also recommend their tiramisu. Phenomenal service and kind, chatty employees. It’s a relief during a hectic day working. 1,000/10! So glad to see them become a staple in our city’s cuisine.

I saw a post on Spotted in Rochester and decided to check them out, then I looked at their Google reviews and couldn’t believe it. But honestly, hands down, this is the best Mediterranean food I’ve had in a long time. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and the staff was super informative. The fries were incredible, and I kept asking for more of that sumac aioli because it was addictive.
I tried a combination of the Gyro, Steak, and Chicken, and loved the roasted red pepper sauce and the spicy cucumber-mint (tzatziki) sauce.They also have a rice called bulgur, my wife loved it! Then I noticed their Mom’s Baklava on the menu. We tried it, loved it, and ended up coming back to get more to take home for my parents.
I really hope they open a standalone location outside the mall someday. We will definitely be coming back to the mall just for BowlNBite!

This place is great! Rice cooked beautifully, protein choices are delicious! I ordered a steak bowl with saffron rice, red pepper sauce and tzatziki, all to die for. The salad offerings are plenty, all veggies were crisp and fresh, very yummy! You can tell these guys take their food seriously, definitely give it a try if you’re in the Apache mall.

I got one steak bowl to eat there and forgot to take a picture it was so good I ate it all! I got the to-go bowl with chicken with corn and chimi churri sauce!! I know it’s going to be amazing!

I went to Apache mall for a Halloween custom and we decided to have dinner at Bowl N Bite, they gave us samples which I really appreciated it .. we ordered only bowls, they were super friendly and explained everything in the menu, we really enjoyed our meal and the attention to customer was amazing. I love Mediterranean cuisine and I’m so happy we have another new place here at the mall. It was easy and fast to order despite they had a lot of people in line.

When telling Sidar, one of the owners, that it was my first time here, he kindly introduced himself and offered me generous samples of Bowl N Bite’s entire meat selection: gyros, steak, grilled chicken, meatballs (which you can mix and match your selections) along with their zesty bulgur, which I would definitely recommend getting with the saffron rice!
After tasting those mouth-watering samples, I decided to indulge myself with the full experience: the masterfully assembled bowl, the perfectly cooked fries (definitely try the sauce that comes with it), and their mother’s homemade baklava (which comes in a set of 3 and is, without a doubt, one of the tastiest I’ve ever had).
This quality of food is almost unheard of in a food court mall setting. I came for the fries, and I stayed for the full entree meal. I hope more people come by and savor the experience, especially with how affordable it is! Would highly recommend eating here if you’re craving some tasty Mediterranean food!!

This delicious food will definitely lead us to the Apache Mall more often! Based on a glowing review from a friend, our family decided to give it a try on a Saturday night. The first thing that stood out was genuine friendliness and enthusiasm. Then came the delicious samples of their proteins for all of us. There was no rush as all the options were thoroughly explained, with special attention to the many gluten free options. The price was very reasonable, if not lower than expected for nutritious bowls and wraps. The true test was taste, of course, and it exceeded expectation. Very flavorful and fresh! We’ll be back, for sure, and we hope the family who owns this local business (and generously shares “Mom’s recipes”) has fantastic success!
