Sorriest ultimate supreme, vegetables not done, crust not cooked very much & only topping toward front of pizza, crust had 1 & 1/2 inch with nothing on it. That & another pepperoni/cheese in a square. Both together was 32.00. What a disappoint, will not go there again!

There is this one guy that i absolutely dislike dealing with there. He always gets my order wrong. And then when I correct it he instead makes me pay for the stuff I actually want. Instead of simply giving me the stuff I already payed for. I have to pay more for what I want cuz he literally doesnt listen. Next time my order is messed up im going to either demand a refund and have him re do the order or im talking to a hire up. Hes literally the only one i have issues with there. Everyone else is fantastic. But its ridiculous that i have to pay more for what i ordered the first time.

Cashier was very nice and helpful, but we did wait a very long time for our food and my impression of Little Caesars Pizza is that you don’t have to wait. But we waited awhile and the whole reason we went there and not another pizza place was in hopes of not waiting. They weren’t busy or anything, but I guess we were cutting it too close to their closing time (about 30 min).

Ordered 2 premium pizzas and 2 regular pizzas.
They gave me 3 regular pizzas instead and refused to do anything to fix it. I had family in town, already home and couldn’t refund the pizza.
They were able to put the right label on it but not able to double check They were putting the right food in the box.

I’ve gone to this place about 10 times in 2 years. In the beginning they couldn’t mess up an order when I asked what they had up.
However, in the last year, they never have anything ready, so I order there, and what is quoted is never right, usually it’s a 30 ish minute wait.
so naturally, order ahead they’ve got a small waiting room, but even then they’ve managed to mess up just about every order I’ve had, today’s being my last – I ordered a double pineapple, with ham, and stuffed crust… it looks to be normal (nothing extra about it, if anything maybe lacking) n didn’t come with stuffed crust.
On top of that, when I arrived about 7 minutes after the timer said to pick up, it was sitting on a table in the back.
I get they’re busy, but being busy and backed that far back should mean to get more orders right, unfortunately, they’re just not that good, and I get training and keeping, I get having a whole new crew, I get everything like that, but at a certain point they either need to admit that they need to learn to be better or find another job…

Dough was entirely raw. Completely inedible. It wasn’t just slightly underdone; it was as if the pizza had been taken out halfway through the baking process and served without a second thought. The pizza was made incorrectly to begin with and then I had to finish cooking it in my own oven. Take your money to a pizza place that cares about food safety with competent people in kitchen.

The pizza is good for the price. I ordered 7 pizzas for a work lunch meeting. Ordered it 2 hours early. Doordash delivered it to the wrong dealership. That is who really screwed the order up. I called them back to let them know they dropped it off to the wrong address and I was told that he is at his other job and that I must have told him the wrong place. Now really who here accidentally tells someone the wrong place. I mean honestly I do know where I work. He continued to say it’s not his problem and hangs up on me. I call little casars and the manager who sounded very sincere says well we made the pizza but the 3rd party company (doordash) delivered it to the wrong place. So it’s their problem. Mind you he never offered any assistance. I “did” order 6 to 7 pizzas there twice a week before this. Either case he said I could go get my pizza from the other business if I wanted. Again social distancing due to the covid19 says I shouldn’t but now I’m running late for my work meeting so I go to the other business and low and behold there is my pizza, unfortunately there is about 10 guys eating it. So 70 bucks later. I got no pizza but my neighbor business did. I dont fault them in any way. So be leary of doordash. They are trash and I couldnt find another place to vent or to at least amuse people with the adventures of my day. Happy Friday everyone.

I ordered a deep dish pizza with sausage, mushroom, onion, and extra cheese. The crust was doughy, it looked like the toppings was warm and if that was extra cheese then I hate to see regular cheese. The young lady behind the counter was nice but I couldn’t barely hear her and I don’t know if she checked the order or just handed it out. I couldn’t eat but a piece and will have to bake it longer it i want to eat it. I know this is not top of the line restaurant but at least they could cook it correctly.
