Laid-back destination with a patio serving upmarket Italian dishes in unfussy surroundings.

We have been here two times now and both have been amazing experiences. The specials each night are truly special! The food is some of the best Italian in Vegas and the menu options are plenty. With wine, appetizers, entrees, and tip, came out to about $170. We will be back again!!!

Outstanding dining experience with Susie who helped navigate the menu, provide the chefs backstory and paired meal with wine. Outside of being in a mediocre strip mall interior space, and not being able to interact with the kitchen, the quality of the food was outstanding. Manager stayed involved with staff and guests at all times. Close for Summerlin folks but worthy for strip visitors who want to eat non pretentious food.

A real gem. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. Possibly the best service I have ever encountered in my many travels and meals out. Now for the food…started with an excellent ceasar salad that wasn’t a mess, the perfect amount of dressing. My main course came from the feature sheet. Went with veal saltimboca. It was tender and perfect, green beans done to perfection with crispy potatoes that are to die for. Desert was a beautiful caramel apple cheesecake accompanied by a hot and tasty cappuccino with the right amount of foam. My waitress was simply beautiful. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for great food, great staff and super atmosphere.

The best Italian food I’ve ever had in my life so far and anywhere on the map that I have traveled to in the US.
Evelyn greeted us and served us, she answered and helped any inquires on the menu.
The atmosphere is cute, cozy and calming.
Everything about the service and food was spectacular.
Junior came around and asked us questions and suggested items on the menu.
The bread and butter was yummy, I had vodka sauce angel hair spaghetti, sparkling white Moscato and Panna Cotta for dessert. I would definitely recommend if anyone loves Italian food to come here!! I’m craving them again already
Grazie!!

Great local Italian spot, staff were very friendly and helpful. We got the risotto special which had steak and the pork chop (which was probably the best I’ve had in a while). The ambiance is lacking a little. It’s small, but the staff made up for it with their smiling faces.

I’ve dined here multiple times, and the food and service have consistently been excellent. The servers and managers are always welcoming and genuinely attentive, demonstrating a true commitment to both their guests and the quality of their cuisine. This evening, we enjoyed the four-course meal with a wine pairing, and every dish exceeded expectations. If you appreciate authentic Italian cuisine, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Greeted and serverd with superior service. The atmosphere is relaxing with a color scheme that is bright, original, and comfortable. The food speaks for itself. This fine dining experience is unbeatable when paired with the classic and innovative palate of Chef German Castellanos. This Italian cuisine is prepared and executed at a high level. The portions are perfect and priced very reasonably. I will be returning soon.

We had dinner at Aromi for the first time and were incredibly impressed by the amazing food and service. The owner, German Jr., and our server, Steven, were both very friendly and attentive. The northern Italian cuisine reminded us of the delicious food we had in Venice and Milan. We started with the frito misto and Mediterranean salad as appetizers, and they were absolutely delicious. For our main course, we ordered the veal Parmesan and seafood spaghetti, both of which were incredibly tasty. This restaurant is a hidden gem in the local area and definitely worth a visit if you’re in Summerlin.

A truly amazing Italian experience by an outstanding chef, and supporting team. The food is exquisite! We tried the Fritto Miso for appetizers, a risotto, and I had the carbonara as a main entree. Portions are great and still had some food leftover to take home. Desserts are also shareable and had a truly delicious crème brûlée. Wine selection is outstanding and the staff is knowledgeable on pairing options. Will highly recommend for celebrations and for a night out!

Some good dishes, some not so good. The pork chop one the specials menu was excellent, one of the best pork chops I’ve ever had at an Italian place. The risotto was fine but I didn’t like how al dente it was. Maybe that’s how risotto is suppose to taste but the crunchy texture made it see less creamy. The wild boar pappardelle, cabonara, fritto misto, burata, and beef carpaccio were all pretty good, woukd get again. Would not recommend the chicken parmesean or piccata. For dessert, loved the Panna cotta.
