They have really good deals! On Tuesday they have personal pan pizza for only $3. Also have a deal where u can get 2 orders of cheese stixs for $8 dollars! Everything is made to order! They also deliver and it never takes long at all!

They have some cheap specials, but the pizza has less flavor even than similar competitors. Definitely doesn’t compare to lots of more expensive local pizza options. Salad bar is a good option.

Dined in spent $50 for me and my husband. Ordered the boneless wings and they never put enough barbecue sauce on it. It’s just like eating dry wings. last time I was there I asked for a little cup of barbecue sauce and the girl gave it to me. This time I go in ask for a little cup of barbecue sauce and she wants to charge me $.99 for it plus tax I said no thank you. I choked down the wings. A little stupid if you ask me, I can go up to the salad bar and get all the ranch dressing I want, but I can’t get a little cup of barbecue sauce. Needless to say I didn’t leave a tip, if she had gave me just a little bit of barbecue sauce I would’ve left a tip.

Go to Walmart and get you a microwave pizza if it’s late and that’s what you’re craving. Trust me. Do NOT waste your money here. We spent 50 on two pizzas and two side breads, the cheese on the cheesy bread wasn’t even melted through, it was cold. The pizzas were REALLY bad. The Philly cheese steak one we could barely pry from the box and the other was missing a whole topping and so floppy. Just because you smother it in toppings, doesn’t make it good. We ordered Togo around 930 so it’s not as if we were ordering right before close. Absolutely avoid this place. We were hungry so TRIED to eat it still and ended up just throwing it away and eating chips for dinner.

This experience has happened to me twice. The most recent experience- I ordered online for delivery. 1 hour passed delivery time no delivery. When you call the store number you don’t get someone at the actual store location. The call center would transfer me to the store but, no one would answer. I had to drive to the store to pick up my delivery order which I paid an additional $4.99 delivery fee and a $5 tip. When I arrived at the store to pick up my delivery order I was told “oh door dash must’ve not came to pick up your order”. I didn’t order through Door Dash. The store associate told me I had to get fees back through Door Dash but, again I didn’t order through Door Dash so the associate told me to call the call center again. Only to be told I have to go through the store. I the call center because the store wasn’t going to help me and I was supposed to get a full refund which you guessed hasn’t deposited yet. So I had to wait an hour on a delivery to not show, drive to the store to pick up my cold pizza order and spend several calls into the call center. Do better Pizza Hut I will be telling everyone I know not to order from our Abingdon location especially delivery

Called in an order that qualified for the special price, but when we picked it up, was charged full price. When questioned about it staff said they did not know how to refund the overcharge. Between having no management onsite, and staff lying to cover up for each other’s mistakes, I am questioning whether it is incompetence or something more sinister that is going on.

Don’t recommend to dine in, I’m pretty sure the employees there don’t even know what’s going on, the worker who “Served” us didn’t even know what was on the menu, the other worker was kinda rude to us in my opinion, wait time was like 40 minutes for a small order, but the food was good so 2 stars

Was attempting to order on the website and charge came out of my account. Called store was told order didn’t come through to replace order but when asked would I be charged again was told “oh I dont know. Call the PIZZA HUT WEBSITE and hung up when asked for manager. When called back was told to dispute my charge which I definitely will. Guys this store isn’t managed well. Avoid headaches

Ridiculous! They messed up the order; half the order was wrong and burnt. When we try to call to let them know and we get a call center that transfers us to the store where we are on hold for 20 minutes. This is after being on hold for 10 minutes just to get told the number listed isn’t even the local stores number?!?! What in the world?!?! Got hung up on twice on separate calls. Craziest dang thing! When we got through after nearly an hours back and forth with the call center the only positive is the young man on the phone credited the account. Will likely not be back anytime soon

Walked in and was greeted with a smile. That is hard to find nowadays. Came in on 2$ Pizza Day and man they were slinging some pizzas! Got 4 personal pans 2 Cheese and 2 sausage and pepers.
