First off, I love Chipotle. Generally they are super kind about my gluten allergy. I know it’s a pain to have to stop and change things out but Chipotle offers gluten free. ANYWAYS.. The girl with the bangs, dark lipstick, and ugly attitude working the Salsa / lettuce area 01/30/2026 @ 12pm was extremely rude. Refused to switch the lettuce saying she got it recently. Then wanted to make ugly faces to her coworks and me. You are customer service working the front line. Chipotle please put her somewhere out of public eye. Gross behavior. Thank you to the gentleman working the front part of the line for taking over and making my food gluten free! You are much appreciated.

Chipolte Mexican Grill is my go to place when I want fast food that does not taste like fast food. The burritos and bowls are always fresh and very tasty and filling. They could lower the price a bit on the burritos, but, probably won’t happen. Staff has always been friendly and efficient.

This is a usual place that I love to take my girls to eat, it’s close to the house and taste great. However, we will not be to back to this location after last night. Upon having the person at the bar make our burritos/bowls, I noticed she was in a pretty sour mood. I ignored it at first until one of us asked her a simple question and she replied very rudely telling him she didn’t understand what he was saying. I then asked the person at the register if I could speak to the manager on duty (at this point I was done with her attitude) and she responded that she didn’t believe her co worker had an attitude. I said can I please speak to a supervisor? She then began to explain how there was a line forming and that’s why they were frustrated. I spent $40 plus dollars just then at this location and to be treated the way we were was unacceptable. I am currently a supervisor at a popular coffee house, and if we treated our customers the way these young ladies were aloud to treat us it would have cost us our jobs. Chipotle has definitely went down hill in the past years and will continue to go down as long as they allow customers to be treated this way, simply because employees aren’t wanting to do the job their getting paid to do. With the biggest issue being my husband is Mexican with no accent, and the way she looked at him telling him she didn’t understand what he was trying to say when he was speaking clearly, was embarrassing and belittling. In the afternoon when trying to reach a manager the next day. We were unable to get through to the store, though we did grab the cards at the counter for management. I have left voicemails on each of the listed number and have not received a call back. Unfortunately this may be the last time we choose to dine at chipotle.

Nothing out of place. Good service. They spotted me salsa when I forgot to order it. The negative was that the barbacoa and black beans looked old, so I changed up my desired order. Otherwise good.
Quick Note: Follow up 3 months later and upgrading to a 5. The Al Pastor is a great addition and I was eager to try Chipotle’s when I saw it. I had it with Lime Rice, Peppers, Black Beans, Roasted Salsa, Corn, Sour Cream, and Cheese. This is my new favorite burrito at Chipotle. Knocked it out of the park.

This is probably one of, it not the worst, Chipotle’s in Wichita. They undercook the chicken, there is little to no flavor; you basically have to dress up your bowl to get some flavor. What happened to the days when you can get a plain bowl and taste all the seasonings? Every other bite is either gristle or fat. You’d think with them being so stingy they’d at least shave the chicken. How gross!

Horrible location! I ordered carne asada but they didn’t have it ready including other meats. They kept me waiting which would’ve been no big deal if only they had acknowledged me. No “I’m sorry”, no “It’ll be a moment”, no nothing. I was ignored and kept waiting for a half an hour. Still no “I’m sorry” when I did end up getting my food. I will never come back to this location ever again!

This is my favorite location as far as I know in Wichita. They don’t skip me on my portions just because I want a burrito and they know how to roll it. Good avoid the location on South Seneca all cost.
