Ordered from here just now (lunchtime on a Saturday) and they absolutely nailed it. The Jimmy John’s by my work can never get my order right so I had a free sandwich to burn. Honestly this experience kinda gave me faith that Jimmy John’s can make a good sandwich. Highly recommend adding the fried onions if you like the tuna. The cross section was perfection.

Ordered a sandwich no tomatoes and no mayo. Get my order and take it home. First bite and it has mayo. Call the store and they say no problem we’ll bring you a new sandwich. Great. They bring new sandwich along with cookies and chips. Open the wrapper and it has tomatoes. Not a big deal for me. I took them off. Different for someone with an allergy.

This is the second time I’ve been at this location and the second time I’ve had issues. The last time I came here, around 6:30 PM, they said they were out of most bread even though the store didn’t close until 9 PM, they also charged me incorrectly for the “mini” sandwich I purchased. This time I was the only person in line and apparently nobody inside and I waited a good 10 minutes for two sandwiches. Remember when JJ used to be freaky fast? The employee handed me my drink, which spilled all over my lap, they surprisingly didn’t seem to notice, luckily for me, I realized they didn’t give me any napkins with my food before I pulled away so I asked for some. From the outside, it doesn’t even look like it’s open because there are no lights on in the front of the store.

I’m no longer going to this Jimmy John’s, may completely quit going to any Jimmy John’s after today. I’ve ordered from here too many times, doing an online order so it’s ready when I get there, to get there and my sandwich still isn’t done, and then takes even longer it seems if I would have just ordered in store. Today I was in a really big hurry, but knew I would be going by this one in about 15-20 minutes. So I did an online order, get there, and of course my sandwich isn’t there. So I’m standing there waiting, trying to be patient, meanwhile they keep making sandwiches, and now people are coming in, ordering at the counter, and get their sandwich before me. So I ask where my online order is, they say “oh, I thought that was made” and proceeded to then start making it. They are asking all these questions about it, so finally I said to refund my order, I didn’t have time to keep waiting around longer. Even cancelling my order and getting a refund took way longer than it should have. I thought JJ was supposed to be “freaky fast”, instead it takes “freaky forever” to ever get my order from them. I’m done with them. This place is just terrible.

I would not recommend this Jimmy John’s franchise due to workplace safety and sanitation concerns.
From approximately October through March, a sink leak caused standing water inside the store. The condition created an unsafe and unsanitary environment and was known to management but not corrected during that time.
An employee later slipped and fell in the affected area, sustaining a concussion and cervical spine injuries, which the employee continues to receive medical care for. The standing water was a contributing factor to the incident.
The store owner did not cooperate in addressing the matter.
The same owner also operates the Sunset Hills Jimmy John’s location, as well as Donut Palace locations in Sunset Hills and Ellisville.

It’s Saturday 4:45 and I ordered a delivery through the app. After an hour our sandwiches still hadn’t arrived. I tried calling a couple times and there was no answer. So I decided to drive up there and see what was going on or just pick up the order. I get there and the place is closed even though it says they are open till 9 o’clock. So I Guess I will be calling up there tomorrow to see if I can get my money back. Very strange

I love Jimmy Johns food and service! The sandwiches were amazing and the chips were great. I really don’t know what all of the bad reviews were about. Perhaps the wait was a bit long to some people, but 15-20 minutes for my party of four doesn’t seem that bad to me. I didn’t get as much lettuce or tomato on my BLT as I would have liked, but there was a great amount of bacon, and the sandwich still tasted great. Jimmy Johns deserves much better than the 2.7 star average that it’s currently at.

Just got a sandwich here on 7/12 around 1:30 pm. The short dark haired girl with glasses is probably the laziest Jimmy John’s employee I’ve ever seen. Spaced out when I said what I wanted, the asked me what I wanted. Ordered a number 4. She left the bread in, put about 3x the amount of mayo, virtually no lettuce, only turkey on about half the sandwich. Genuinely the worst sandwich I’ve had from Jimmy John’s. After ready the reviews I’m not only not surprised, but I know this will go no where since it seems the owner doesn’t actually care. You guys suck, do better.
