I have been a long term, off & on customer, but the last straw & point of no return to this location just happened. I have had experiences over the years from the delivery person actually, turning my door knob when I was on the way to retrieve my order (weird), to getting a cold pizza and hour and 45 mins past the delivery time with no offer to correct the product quality, to carelessness when fulfilling my orders. Now this; I inquired about a bogo promotion. The employee politely asked if I wanted the same order as last time (a day ago.) I replied “yes. Except I do not want the salad. I want both pizzas the same.”
They sent one pizza, but the order was a bogo. I refused the order because it was incomplete. They refused to deliver a new order… The employee was rude and insisted I asked for one pizza. After I reminded her my first question was about their bogo offer, she insisted I asked for one pizza and offered to remake the order if I came in person to pick it up. I told her I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and will finally no longer be a patron of that location.
Best wishes to their other customers, especially ones who tolerate their negligence just for the sake of having pizza…

Good people preparing good pizza and food! I almost gave up on a good pizza that didn’t require going out to a big dining restaurant , over my childhood pizza and frozen Marcos came through one late night. Windows fogged up and a blinking open sign. Inside were employees ready to take my order and answer my first visit questions. Pizzas were flying out the door and that was a good sign. I finally got my pizza made from a list of options, went to the car, the aroma wouldn’t let me pull off so I opened the box to this picture perfect pizza oozing of cheese and a friendly amount of toppings. I took a bite and satisfaction is an understatement! That garlic butter on the crust had me mmm mmin all the way home! Went twice in a week! Yall check em out!

I got food poisoning. I order a steak hoagie. Went to work the next day, on a (TRUCK) and couldn’t stop from both ends. I only ever order pizza, but I wanted to try something new. Never again! My kids and I really liked this place! We’re done now!

Called at 940 pm on a Tuesday they answerder and said they was closed sounded like a party in the back round. I said the web site says yall dont close till 11pm and they hung up . Good food but trash employees marcos pizza on pleasant run in Fairfield you have to do better. Them young kids messing up the money.

I don’t know what happened to the service it used to be good, however the past 2 times I’ve ordered my order is way late. This time being over an hour past delivery time 2 hours since I placed my order. I would have ordered fr[om somewhere else if I would have known it was going to take 2 hours to get our food.

I ordered pizzas to go. They said they would call me when they were done. They did not. I went to pick them up and they were still hot. Not my favorite pizza in Cincinnati, also not my least favorite. It was halfway between home and where I was taking them, so it was convenient.

I used to like Marcos but my last couple experiences have been bad. A couple weeks ago I went to pick up a pizza at 9:45 and all the lights were off so I assumed they were closed (which your store should say open until your close time) Tonight I ordered a chicken pizza that didn’t taste fresh at all along with the pizza sauce. I noticed they have a lot of teens working this store which shouldn’t be a problem but where is the manager that’s making sure the store is operated well and professionally?

The Pleasant Rd. location was good. I ordered half cheese and half pepperoni/ bacon with garlic butter crust. The butter garlic crust was banging! the cheese half was good, but the meat side was a tad bit salty. Overall, we made a good choice.
