Pizza was very thin and hard with hardly any sauce, cheesesticks were burned horribly and inedible. Not the first tine this has happened but it will be the last. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

This Pizza Hut is like Night & Day from the one on East Broadway. I know they’re owned by the same person, so I hope they read this! This location on Main Street made my order properly! The Pizza was cooked nice w/ enough sauce & and toppings, and the wings were YUMMY. TOTALLY DID THE OTHER STORES JOB AND DID NOT HAVE TOO! This was a remake order that I had gotten from East Broadway, and they refused to fix my order and talked to me like I was a dog. I will never use the Broadway location again. Their food is sloppy and poorly made, and their customer service is ZERO. The man who said he is the manager there needs to be retrained. He is the rudest, nastiest person because he spoke to me so badly it left me in tears on Christmas Eve. When I called the Main Street store, the manager there was professional, spoke to me with kindness, and offered to replace my meal, and when they did, it was perfect! 5 stars for Main St Pizza Hut!

Food was pretty good. Staff seemed surprised when we wanted to dine in – no one else in the restaurant. Had to ask for menus. Couldn’t get a fountain drink “because of Covid”. (It’s 2025) I asked if they had sweet tea, they didn’t but attempted to make some (it was barely colored water with too much sugar). Word to the wise: even though it’s considered a restaurant, only do drive thru, carryout, or delivery – they don’t seem very equipped for dine-in!

They still don’t have fountain drinks and ice. There is very limit service, just one person taking orders and delivering them. We were the only ones in the dining room. No music or anything. We asked about the special in the window for $19.99, but was charged as if we ordered individually. We ordered the stuffed crust meat lover and boneless honey BBQ chicken wings. The pizza was under cooked and less meat than ever before. The best part of the meal was the chicken wings.
We will not be dining in at Pizza Hut again. We will ordered online for to go orders only. The bottle pops were luke warm.
Pizza Hut has went down hill over the last 5 years. It is like we are a nuisances everywhere we go, Lawton, both Altus locations. We will go to other places whom appreciate our business.

So bad. Food was hot but that’s all I can say for them. Barely any sauce on the pizza. She gave us napkins instead of plates. We watched a table leave and while she did clear the table she did not even attempt to clean it. Never ever again.

Yea management needs to get it together. The pan pizza was not so good and almost 3 inches around the edge was flat crust. It’s time for some training and quality control.

This review is for the Pizza Hut on Broadway. Be careful if you order from the one on Broadway. Apparently the cooks there don’t like to wear gloves or sanitize their hands. Well they’re putting on toppings they tend to lick their fingers a lot and then pick up other toppings upon your pizza. That is really cross-contamination. Also with the COVID pandemic coming back or it’s really never left. It’s a greater risk of getting people sick. I think the health inspector really needs to check this Pizza Hut out. I do not recommend this location. I recommend you go to the one on main Street. The service was really excellent up there. They look like they take pride in their work unlike the one on Broadway.

The 2 ladies that worked there are nice but we were the only customers for dine in and it took 45 minutes to get our pizza. They said they burned the first one so they gave us a 7.00 discount and free cheese bread. But Rob waited 22 minutes just to get a refill on his drink. I watched 3 people walk in and leave cause neither one of the ladies are in the front so no one is greeting people or aware that they’re showing up standing there for 10 minutes at a time then leaving. I wouldn’t recommend going on your lunch break. My son had to take his slice on the go to get back to work.

Why don’t pizza hut have taco pizza anymore? Why don’t pizza have a salad bar anymore? Why can’t you call in and order and get the same price. Staff will tell you to look on line for menu and prices. Why can’t they tell you ? Did not order, so frustrating bring taco pizza and salad bar back !

Sad pizza made with no love or care. This pizza was terrible! Tasted like cardboard. Pizza hut went down hill or this location is not a good place to get pizza from. I ordered the box combo sausage and cinnasticks. It was sad. No sugar cinnamon buttery taste it was blan. And they put 10pieces of sausage on the entire deep dish. It was 1 or 2 sausage on each slice. I’m never going here again.
