Decided to give them a second chance. Waited to be talked to at drive through. Not friendly. Never greeted me, never gave a price and left me at window like a dummy. Finally just drove off. Something is wrong with this.its either poor management or employee problem or nobody cares.its sad.

Chicken tenders were barely warm. Fries were not only cold but had been cooked for a while. Service was prompt but that didn’t make up for the quality of the food.

No one in line but 2 ham & cheese combos took almost 20 minutes to fix. Fries were cool and the sandwich was so hot, you couldn’t handle it in the wrapper. The cheese had melted so much that it was all over the outside of the bun. When it was told to the manager how slow they were. His comment was they’re doing the best they can. Hubby told him, no they’re not because I saw them back there standing around talking to each other…poor service and food and priced too high for what you get. We won’t be going back.

The food was really well made. We ate breakfast. The biscuits were soft, too! Bathroom was clean but missing toilet paper in one stall. Hopefully it’s a rare occurrence. I’m quite satisfied with what I ordered for my family.

The server was not nice and said that I didn’t order what I said that I ordered. She did not make any effort to correct the problem.
She just kept counting the money and never looked back again.
I started to ask for my money back and leave, but the other gentleman said I am sorry about that sir, I will get you a fry but I have to charge you for them.
I have had unfortunate experience at that Hardee’s before and wanted give another try.
But maybe I should just keep away from that Hardee’s.

Service was good, food not. Roll was so hard around the edges, not edible and the burgers were cooked at least 3 hours ago. Hit and miss here. Few weeks ago I got the same double cheeseburger around the same time and it was great!!

So I guess since I don’t work there anymore they wanted to be spiteful and not accept my door dash order. Claimed they never received it, even the door dasher showed em the order receipt and they said they couldn’t honor it which is strange cause when I worked there I was told to honor it with proof! That’s ok though y’all don’t have to take my 50+ $ … we will spend our money elsewhere.

This was so refreshing considering that the restaurant was busy and it was 7:00 pm on the 4th of July.
