AMAZING customer service. Monique & Ms Stacey looked after us from start to finish – very accommodating. The menu is easy to read with loads of options. Food is WELL seasoned down & made to order. The highlight of my experience was the bathroom – a candle was burning, it smelt & was clean. Feminine products for the ladies also. I will definitely be back when I return to JA!

I stopped by Crayfish Wendaze on a Saturday evening craving seafood, and it definitely hit the spot. The crayfish and shrimp were full of rich flavour and perfectly cooked, with seasoning that really stood out. Service was friendly and efficient, and the casual vibe made it a great spot to relax and enjoy good food with friends. I’d happily come back for another round of seafood goodness!

Love the authentic look of this place, because it reminds me of being by the sea eating seafood. Crayfish Wendaze might be the BEST SEAFOOD spot in Kingston. Love the shrimps and crayfish the guys do. Don’t let me get started on the customer service and I know for a fact that they care for their customers. From seating and asking the guests if they need anything to drink are basic good customer service restaurants should have and this spot has it in high regards. In that case this spot is a legendary experience for seafood lovers and couples alike. 10/10 definitely would recommend

Went last night. Arrived around 9pm. Order was taken with the caveat that the 2 Fried Fish w Bammy, Garlic Shrimp and Shrimp Pasta orders would take an hour and that we could wait next door at Kingston Jerk for phone call that order was ready. Over hour later a text was received from an unfamiliar named phone # that was not the Actual name of business and was not replied to. A short while later the cook came to alert us that food was ready. Now having pre paid the $1980.00 charge to have table service we were Now Very Surprised to learn that we had to take food to go because it was now past the closing hour for the restaurant. An argument ensued between my cousin that lives in Kingston and lady manager as to being able to be sat at a table after Waiting more than 1 hour whilst order was prepared. In the end food was considered carry out. Charge for table service was not refunded. Sadly the Experience was
Poor at Best. Tasty food But Service Experience was Extremely Lacking. Moral: get there earlier as you may not be Happy with Your Dining Experience as What You Are Promised May Not Be What Actually Occurs. Much Easier to Journey to Port Royal for more Accommodating Service and Better Fish. First and Last Visit!!

First of all I must say kudos to Monique. Her customer service skills are impeccable. She confirmed the wait time and verified that it was good with me. And even managed to get it quicker cause I was with my baby.
Now let’s get into the food, the wait time was around 40mins, I’d say call and order or use their WhatsApp feature as it’s a first order, first done vibe. All meals are done to order.
The fish was plated lovely, I got steamed fish with steamed bammy and 2 eggs for my friend (not pictured here). The flavor was there but my only drawback is it was a tad salty and that made it a lil difficult to enjoy. But had it not been salty, it would’ve been delicious. I’ll go back and try again. I wanted to do the fried crackers but next time.

The food was awesome!!! I can definitely say I had me a SHARK!!! Flavour was on point, veggies fresh, just a well prepared meal. What made the experience even more exceptional was the customer service from our server, Monique. Monique big up you damn self. Chef kiss on your service love. Beautiful service and warm welcoming staff member Monique was amazing and talked me through the menu which was a great token of consideration. Ms Stacey arranged seating and tables settings which added a bonus feeling of fine dinning. I will be making returning as the food was beautiful just as the staff.
