First time trying the negra sauce on fish ceviche, and I like it. Spicier and more full bodied than the traditional. This mariscos has a nice balance between restaurant and drinking spot, and is where I go by myself if I want ceviche but wanna really take my time and have more than 1 beer. Fun kinda vibe, more laid back than La Apoma, but not straight up bar feeling like El Navigante.

We love this place. They have great tasting chavelas and amazing food. I usually order the quesatacos (shrimp). Today we had chile gueritos, the sampler, and chavelas. Our server Susanna was very attentive and Andrew came out to ensure we were taken care of.

The Avendano Family started this journey with a food truck and in just 3 years they grew in popularity both with locals and travelers.
The menu has every kind of seafood you could ask for. From the classics like shrimp cocktail, fish tacos, to some of their own creations like the Tsunami which has ceviche, aguachile, and some hot tostitos.
If you’re looking for a classic soup, they offer their 7 Mares (7 seas soup). This family-owned business is a must-try if you enjoy authentic Mexican dishes.
Baja California is widely known for its amazing seafood and Tacos & Mariscos Costa Baja is as close to Baja California as it gets. The food is a combination of both North Baja and South Baja. Two different worlds right in front of you.
I recommend cooling off with one of their signature cheladas, all you need is to pick your beer.
If you’re looking for something to do at night on Fridays and Saturdays Tacos & Mariscos Costa Baja comes alive with live music. It goes well into the night with the party ending at 2 in the morning.

I just wanted to share my experience mariscos salty and more vegetables than shrimp lol hubby liked fish tacos and al pastor fries are okay same thing with shrimp lightly sprinkled michy I loved flavor but over all presentation on point so it was 50/50 and bit over priced I will say

The mariscos de campechana was really tasty and fresh and not too spicy. Very balanced flavors.
Guacamole and chips for $8 was misleading on the menu, because it was a guacamole crema sauce—not real guacamole. We had eaten all of our chips, so we asked for more but they said it was going to be another $8, even though we weren’t getting more guacamole….
Cocktails are just aguas with spiked bottled RTDs. Like the ready to drink cocktails by Smirnoff.
They do offer more beer which I would recommend over the cocktails.

Loved the food but not the presentation. Hubs got the shrimp squid avacodo in sauce and the taste was great but it was in a styrofoam cup! I think they could do with a better container. The tacos I had were excellent! Just the container. Plastic bowl?
