Ordered 3 sandwiches online and picked up in drive thru. They said nothing about being out of tomatoes. I ordered 2 turkey Tom’s and a Vito and NONE of them had tomatoes.

We ordered for delivery from this jimmy johns. It took nearly an hour to arrive so less than freaky fast. We were at a school event at the time and the driver sped into and through the school parking lot while many kids were around. Parents at the event were very vocal about their disapproval. We did not get a straw or a fork (for the pasta salad) either to top off the experience.

I have to give a shot out to Charles, working the drive through 6/2/2025. I’ve never experienced a better drive through/“fast food” employee. He was very upbeat, seemed excited/happy to be at work & extremely friendly. Past experiences at drive through restaurants have seemed as if the workers don’t want to be there. Charles genuinely made my day better just with his energy & his smile! He deserves to be recognized for his exceptional service!

Pulled up at 830 and apparently they were just “prentending” to be closed. There was no one in the lobby area for 3 to 5 minutes. Things were clearly moved around like the store was closed and they were cleaning and the OPEN sign was OFF. I sat in the parking lot 10 minutes directly in front of the store looking up other sandwich shops no one motioned me in or made eye contact. Another vehicle pulled up next to me clearly trying to figure out the same thing and left. So pro tip I guess if you go and all the lights are off and it looks closed you should still hop out and try the door.

I placed an order at 10 am for noon pickup. Apparently my order wasn’t in the system but instead of telling me that I was told 2 times that they were working on it. 30 mins later I’m told they can’t find a order for me in their system. They waited 30 MINUTES to tell me that?! I spent my entire lunch break waiting and now I don’t get lunch at all. If they would have told me from the beginning that there’s another store close by I would have had time to actually go see if maybe I put the incorrect store but instead they lead me on thinking my order was being worked on. Only one lady there was trying to help me figure out what happened but I don’t have her name.

was able to place a curbside order through the app for this location checked in at the location when I got there waited 20 minutes outside until I finally called worker came outside with my food. Told me that they don’t do curbside pick up at this location and that is general manager, told him that I proceeded to tell him that curbside pick up is available on the app. He said we still don’t do it then fix your preferences on the app!
