Cancel this place. The employees behind the counter are rude. I’ve given this place too many chances. I stopped by with my three little kids after the playground to enjoy doughnuts before heading home. After paying for our items I was asked to leave a top by the machine. For a service-less interaction I didn’t feel the need to leave a tip so I selected “no”. The woman behind the counter then says “no tip” okay bye and then repeats it again “bye”. Her tone was so rude and condescending and the fact that I was with my young children makes this all the more a terrible experience. I will never spend another dime at this location. Ever. I hope you’re seeing these reviews Dunkin, this place is single handedly driving away long time customers.

I keep giving this store chances. All I want is a simple cappuccino. It’s never foamy, got over that but this morning… no! Idk what this was in my drink! Looks like tissue or something. I wish I could upload pics. Now I am stuck at work with no coffee!!! Pls DO BETTER! I love the staff but come on guys we spend too much money not to get quality FOOD and service!

Possibly one of the worst locations in the area , most of the employees excluding a couple are extremely rude their drive thru machine rarely works and when you pull forward they yell at you to make line again. Most times they can’t get simple orders right .

This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to. I placed a mobile order today, and when I arrived, they didn’t have the bagel I ordered. I didn’t want anything else, and the drive-thru worker treated me very poorly without offering a solution. I asked for a refund, but the Dunkin’ app wouldn’t let me request it online, and the worker didn’t provide me with a receipt either. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I do not recommend this location.

Came through the drive thru this morning for 2 cups of ice water and this is what I found in my drink I’m utterly disgusted I watched the dark skin boy make my waters and he handed them to me my 2 year old son drank out of this water , I drank out of this water… not seeing the cap until I opened the cup .. I wanted to drive back to the store but Id rather just upload it to the reviews because you honestly can’t take back what’s already been done .

The staff here is friendly, but they get orders wrong here a lot…it’s gets irritating after a while. I’ve had a mix of good and bad experiences here, I guess it depends who is on shift. I only stop here because it’s in the way to work, but lately I’ve had more issues than I would like. As you could imagine, based on my visit today, I wanted an everything bagel toasted with butter, got it back with cream cheese and a lovely hair inside of it…not sure if I’m interested in ever coming back to this location.

I asked for an iced coffee with extra almond milk and got a coffee with a sticker saying almond milk and 5 creams. I have a dairy allergy and noticed that the coffee tasted off after I left for an appointment. When I called and asked if the coffee was safe for me to drink, the lady on the phone hung up on me. I should have checked, it’s my fault for assuming that the order was correct and safe for me to consume. Don’t waste your time or money here, especially if you have a food allergy. It’s not safe.

Every time I have order coffees and or normal menu items from this location they’ve either come out burnt or misread I don’t understand what’s hard about reading an online order and or listening to somebody through a headset every single time I have made an order with this specific store it has always been messed up in some type away either my coffee is not tasting correct or I’m missing an item from my order you guys need somehow fix the employment there because the people that you have are not paying attention to their job or have the proper training.
