Went in around 8:45 on January 1st, 2026. Received this mozzarella stick, which looks half chewed. Food was also cold. Lady at the window was nice though.

I went to the Arby’s in Spearfish Sd. I purchase three meals and donated $5.00 to their charity for No Child To Go Hungry. When I looked at my receipt, I was charged tax on my donation. I spoke with the manager & she stated donations are not taxed. I asked her to look up my transaction & do the math. I was charged tax. She stated no one else has brought this up so it must have been a mistake on our receipt. It’s not about the $0.31, it is about being charged tax on a donation. This is not right. If you make a donation please look at your receipt to ensure you are not being charged tax. Take that little extra time to see if the company is being truthful.

We just went through after a soccer tournament. The young man on the speaker was very uninterested in serving his customers. He acted like we were a nuisance.
Upon pulling up to the window we seen that they had already started to prepare for closing which was 2 hours away.
When telling us our food would be out in 7 minutes he was obviously annoyed.
When the manager brought the food out I told her that he needs to fix his attitude and treat his customers better.
She argued stating that he was simply telling us how long it’d be.
She took no actions in explaining the importance of your attitude when dealing with a customer.
This store has had problems for years and it seems it won’t change.
Maybe it’s time corporate gets a little more involved.

Ooof. Where to start. First, they were out of almost everything to drink. No dark sodas or milkshakes at all. Food took a little long but not forever. However, we had to drive back for the second set of fries we ordered. I ordered loaded Mac n cheese, paid for loaded, and got regular. Lastly, this is how my French dip looks. Squished at the bottom of the bag, and sopping wet. But like not fully from just grease. Like the meat was overly wet. It’ll be a while until I go back probably.

This restaurant does a good job achieving the standards you expect out of an Arby’s. The food is always good, and some of the staff really take courtesy and communication seriously, which is a refreshing breath of fresh air in 2024. The 2 for 7 deal is fantastic.

Been a good year since I’ve gone to Arby’s, but went there today to get some large curly fries. Super friendly person at the front helped us right away. Dude was very nice and attentive! Food also was ready immediately and was still fresh 🙂

We needed a quick snack before graduation having just driven in from Billings. The cashier was super enthusiastic with his greeting not only to us but almost everyone that came in while we were there. The food was great and the dining room was clean. One of the rare occasions I have rung the bell as I left!

I got the Angus cheesesteak it was extremely greasy. The grease was all you could taste, the meat had no flavor.
