I’m giving 1 star because of the management. Nevah, whatever she said her name was. I walked in to get my order. I could hear some young woman talking extremely rudely to a gentleman worker. This gentleman is old enough to be her father and she’s treating him with such disrespect. From the look on his face, he is treated like this often by this child. I wish I would have said something as I was there but I didn’t. I thought about it and decided to let the public know what kind of children you have as managers. I suggest you retrain her on how to treat employees or one day she’s going to disrespect the wrong one. Sorry but kindness goes a long way. She is not a kind person. People like her, will chase customers and employees away. Do better Domino’s.

Ordered online from Domino’s Pizza – Mt. Orab and received a confirmation email showing my order was accepted and being prepared.

When I arrived for carryout, the store refused to accept my payment solely because it was a $50 bill, even though the total was only $22.74. This restriction was not disclosed anywhere during online checkout or in the confirmation email.

I understand stores may have cash-handling policies, but those policies should be clearly communicated before accepting an online order. Finding out only at pickup wasted my time and resulted in an order I couldn’t easily complete.

This wasn’t a staff issue — it was a process and disclosure issue. Until payment restrictions are clearly stated upfront, I’d recommend paying online or not ordering from this location.

Pizzas are almost always undercooked.

Tried a YEAR LATER and they still gave same treatment!
On Sept. 22 at approximately 8pm I went in to Domino’s Pizza in Mt. Orab, OH to get me some Boneless wings to go. I ended up ordering the 16 peace wings. I waited in the restaurant for my order. A young man, tall skinny with dark hair brought my order out to me after about 20 minutes. I then took my order and left to head home to eat my dinner. When I opened the box at home. instead of Boneless wings it was bone-in wings. So, I called Domino’s in Mt. Orab and asked to speak to the manager. The person that answered the phone sounded like the young man that had handed me the wings. I told him what had happened and he said no problem, “can I just make you another order”? I told him that it was 15 minutes for me to go back to Domino’s and asked if I could have a credit. He said no problem that it will be under your phone number. I said great and thanked him for taking care of the problem.
So, later that week I went in to Domino’s in Mt. Orab to use my credit and the boy at the register told me that it was going to be an hour and half to a two hour wait to get my food. So, I told him that I was going out of town and would it be ok for my family to use my credit. He said sure as long as they know the phone number it was under. I thanked him for his information and left the store.
So, on Oct.1, 2024 my elderly father walked in to the Domino’s to use my credit and to buy other food for himself. The person behind the counter told him that he could not use the credit because the manager did not put it into their computer and that he would have to come back on Wed. Oct. 2, 2024 when the manager would be working. So my elderly father went back on Wednesday Oct. 2, 2024 to use my credit. The same tall skinny dark hair young man said that he did not remember the conversation he had with me over the phone and that he would give my elderly father an 8 piece wing for the credit. My elderly father agreed because he said he could tell that the young man would start an argument.
THAT I NOT ACCEPTABLE!
First of all. The manager lied to me because he did not give me the credit for a 16 piece Boneless wings. IT IS NOT MY FAULT IF HE CAN’T DO HIS JOB AND FOLLOW THREW WITH HIS WORD.
Second; Half of the order is not going to cut it. Domino’s of MT. Orab owes me a 16 piece Boneless wing. NOT an 8 piece that is only have the price. I steal paid full price for the wrong item I ordered.
THIRD; The manager took advantage of an elderly person knowing that they would just take what ever to prevent an altercation!
If I don’t get my full credit then my next step is to contact Domino’s Corporate! Also, I’m going to inform everyone I know the poor service that you receive by going to Domino’s in Mt. Orab. I am a Mt. Orab native so I do know a lot of people that lives in and around Mt. Orab.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!
I just paid. $12 for a thin crust peperoni mushrum pizza. When I got home and opened it, where’s the mushrooms!!
This is a joke!!
I would advise people to go to another pizza place. If you want what you pay for!!

So… Normally, I love this Dominos. Everything is normally great. The store is great, the workers are great. We eat in every now and then because its really nice and open inside.
However… The last time I ordered, we didnt get our Philly steak on our pasta dishes, And I didnt get extra cheese and extra sauce on my pizza… And it was a cheese pizza. It was very dry, in fact. We were told we would get a credit. When we ordered the next time, we were told there was no credit on my account. We were told that it was supposed to be credited to our bank card. Nope. Still nothing and its been weeks. They got us.
I was going to give them a 1 star but since I normally have no issues I decided to bring it up the middle to a 3.

On Sunday night around 10:30pm I ordered two pizzas of the online app. I had used a 60 point free pizza from points, and I had gotten and paid for the second pizza. Around 11pm I got a message from the app saying it had been delivered checked outside. No pizza. I know sometimes they are a little late so I waited. I went to contact the store but no response. No pizza no response. I was offered a free pizza but that would just be replacing the free pizza I had already been given through points and I would still be out the 18$. This has been a horrible experience. Edit: I just wanted to add that Austin was a great help in getting my order sorted out. Thank You Austin!!
