Extremely disappointed in my experience with Moe’s today. I ordered a value meal through the Uber eats app and asked for a Dr. Pepper and guacamole inside the burrito and they thought itd be funny to just glob all the guac in one spot (see photo) not to mention the burrito was fridgerator cold, like genuinely no idea how it could be that cold. Bag was disgusting and queso was basically gelatin (because it was so cold). When my order was delivered the Uber eats guy did not have a Dr. Pepper and said he was not given one too deliver.

I’ve dined at most of the Moe’s locations in the greater Columbia area and this one has always been the best by far; however, my experience today left such a bad taste in my mouth that I don’t know if it’s worth going back. The employee working the toppings section of the assembly line was clearly inexperienced and handled our food quite poorly. Of course no one comes out of the womb ready to wrap a burrito, but their seeming lack of care made it really hard to sympathize. It was obvious they were making a conscious effort to grab very small quantities of the requested toppings in order to make the burrito easier to wrap, which is very lame quite honestly. Even after doing that they were still unable to wrap the burritos properly – when it came to wrapping my boyfriend’s burrito they actually gave up and asked their coworker to wrap it for them. Neither of us ordered extra/double of anything, I’ve had the same burrito order for years and never seen someone struggle to wrap it before. My burrito ended up just being completely open on one end (pictured). The chips also contained quite a lot of crumbs, which is a shame considering we paid $40 for 2 people. These are small gripes at the end of the day, but I’ve always loved this location for their consistency and cleanliness as the other locations in the area are not well maintained. Because of this, having a subpar experience today just stung a bit more.

One of my favorites. The meat is well done cook and the vegetables for the food are fresh. The guys working here are very knowledgeable and they attend the costumer very well.

I ordered delivery service and when received, it was not correct. Yep I was mad because I paid their price and had to pay for service fee, delivery fee and tip the driver and I STILL HAD TO DRIVE TO RESTAURANT! I got there and the server Jamie was super nice. She remade my order correctly and gave me a free drink for my troubles. She was very professional and helpful.

They close at 9 but staff was cleaning and closing up when we got there at 7-something. 5/6 staff were working but just one guy making orders. We were all standing in line and had to just stand there for a long while so he could make online orders. The other staff were just walking around cleaning here and there. Very poor service. One of the worst Moe’s experiences I’ve ever had honestly at Moe’s around the country.

The food is alright, but the atmosphere felt off compared to how it used to feel. I had to correct staff on my order a few times, and it eventually got resolved, but they did have me set up for to-go after I specified dine-in, which also caused some confusion.

First time eating here. Last time eating here. We both got ” burrito bowls” and ended up throwing them both out. The salsa tasted ” off” and the so called steak, looked like something else other than steak. We were the only ones in the place and that should of been my red flag. Do not recommend.

Great atmosphere at this family-friendly favorite in Irmo! We always love to come here for the excellent always fresh food and for the overall experience. Every employee in the store not only greeted us with the famous “welcome to Moe’s” but we had genuine conversations with almost every employee there. The guys fixing our food were friendly and funny, the cashier was sweet and outgoing, and the manager even came by our table to make sure that our dining experience was satisfactory. We couldn’t have had a better experience.

This place is awesome!! Good variety of options/ingredients when building your burrito, taco, bowl or crunch wrap! Chips are light, crisp and served warm. The salsa bar is delicious! I would definitely return.

I go to moes all the time, and even at different locations they never fail to be good. I’ve gotten burritos, quesadillas, bowls, and stacks and they are all good. Personally I love to add queso to anything I get and it’s great. I do wish that they had not gotten rid of their mushrooms as toppings, but nothing can be done about that.
