Excellent experience!!! Was passing through and decided to stop in for lunch and so happy we did! Our server was very nice and helpful, always making sure our drinks were filled! Food was also piping hot and delicious! Will definitely be back when passing through again!

$15 for 2 medium burnt hard pizzas. This used to be our favorite place for pizza but sadly the last 2 times ordering to go they have been barely edible. If we weren’t so hungry they would have gone in the trash and to add insult to injury they had the nerve to ask for a tip, when we placed the order online and when we didn’t add one on the app they asked again when my husband picked them up. Guess we’ll be giving Marcos a try next time.

It’s a typical Pizza Hut – pizza, salad bar, wings, cheese sticks, etc.
Pizza is good, but typical.
What sets this location high is its staff and cleanliness. Tables, booths, floors, and the rest were all orderly and clean. The staff was very friendly and happy to tweak the menu to serve what we wantef.
We had the lunch combo, a good value, and upgraded to a Supreme pizza.
4/19/2024 update:
New management and staff. No lunch special now. Salad bar is there but not on the menu. Pizza was good. Service was good.

This particular Pizza Hut could use some renovations. The customer service was fabulous! And the pizza was delicious today. Normally Pizza Hut is not my favorite. The pizza was not over greased and it melted right in my mouth with the perfect sauce and the perfect cheese yummy

I contacted tasty group (the franchise), who said I would hear from the DM. I never heard anything, so sent another email and was told the DM had tried to contact me. He never did.
The lady at tasty group was helpful, and cc’d both the DM and RM and gave me their email addresses. I quickly sent off more information to them, and actually got a call from the RM who apologized profusely, looked up my order and promised me a Visa gift card and coupons. That was 10/20.
I sent her my address as requested, and since then….crickets. Nothing. I tried to follow up via email and phone, but have heard nothing.
Looks like Robert Rodriguez, the CEO of the franchise group will get the next email.

As of 10/14/25, it’s been 10 days. I keep getting promises of “we’ll make it right”, and I send them the information and don’t hear anything back. I’m still $33 out of pocket, and unless they’re going to send me gift cards for Marcos (cos why would I order from here again?), I don’t want to hem. Just reimburse me my money.

Also, Marcos is great, friendly, and know how to deliver hot, fresh tasty pizza.

Ordered some food and inadvertently put the wrong delivery address. Tried to call MULTIPLE times to rectify it, with no response. The driver didn’t call me, and even the following day, no response trying to call the store.
Some lucky sod got free pizza, and I paid for it. It has been escalated through corporate, but I wouldn’t mind my $33 back.
I’ll be using Marcos tomorrow instead for my employee appreciation lunch.

I have been working for doordash for a few months now, every time I have had an order for pizza hut it has always been ready every single time that I have walked through the door. This is the first time I have come in and waited for 15 minutes for this order that said it was ready. I believe they are just messing with my time, therefore my money. Not very good service, they decide to serve other people waiting in line after me before serving me. I would recommend another place to get your pizza. Little ceaser

Order pizzas online with delivery time 520-530. Can not reach the stores as “they are not accepting calls” and spoke with the call center at least 5 times. Order says it’s delivered and has not, it is 640 and still no food for my 4 year old. Attempted to have a supervisor call me from the call center and they said it would 5-10 minutes. No call 40 minutes later. Still no food but sure did go through on my credit card. How can you accept orders and payment, and then not answer your phones if there is issues? My 4 year old will now not be getting pizza for diner. Will be contact the corporate offices.

I Doordash ordered a large Meat Lovers Pizza from this location to be delivered to my room at the hotel I am staying in. I received order confirmation but never received an email from Doordash stating that I had made an order or that my order had been delivered; however, the store notified me that Saul had picked up my pizza and then that he had delivered it….NOT TRUE. Nobody in the lobby or at the front desk saw my pizza come in. I texted Saul but had no response so I called Saul and was told, “No comprendee” so I texted him again, “Where is my pizza????” I still have not heard from him. Then I called this Pizza Hut location and put on hold for several minutes before I hung up even more furious than before.

BEWARE……this location evidently does not work honestly with Doordash (not receiving Doordash verified emails for order/delivery) and does not care about helping their patrons that never received their prepaid purchase

In my opinion, this Pizza Hut has the best pizza in Hendersonville. The pick up time is always right. Great managers and employees. Got the New Yorker this evening, and it was Excellent. 5 stars.

My wife ordered a family pack. I picked it up on the way home. Got home a found out we were supposed to have wings with our pack. We did not recieve the wings. We’ve both called to ask to have the charge for the wings returned. All that happens is you get put on a permanent hold. It’s obvious that no one will pick the phone up to try to resolve this issue. We will not eat or order from this Pizza Hut again and I will encourage every person I possibly can to do the same!
