Family of 4. We were watching a show on the waterfront and decided to have supper at one of the waterfront restaurants. We chose lemongrass. It took 50 minutes to get our order with no silverware which we had to retrieve ourselves after waiting 5 minutes watching our meals get cold. Wife and youngest ordered fish and chips, which they found greasy and bland. My oldest got the chicken burger, pathetic p.o.s , chicken was tiny , could have passed for a nugget. I ordered pad thai, it looked nice but wasnt great. Pile of stuck together noodles underneath sprouts and cilantro. I give the pad thai 5 out of 10. Id sooner have thai express. Either way i would not recommend eating here unless you like paying 120 bucks to wait almost an hour for mediocre food, and thats me being generous with the review. Dont take my word for it check out the pictures, and last but not least there was a short and curly hair baked into one of the fries. Picture included.

Portions were huge, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was elegant! Our server was also very kind, which made the experience even better.
I ordered the Bangkok curry, it was really good, but the only downside was the eggplant. The pieces were so tiny I could barely taste them! I was actually trying to find them at first.
My sister ordered the ginger beef, but found it too sweet for her liking. She ended up enjoying my dish more! My brother got the Chiang Mai noodles, it was okay for him, though he said the flavor was a bit bland.
Still, it’s a great place to satisfy Thai food cravings. We’ll likely be back to try more dishes!

The portion size of the chicken pad Thai was ENORMOUS. Frankly I felt like it could easily be a sharing size portion. There was a large piling of sprouts and cilantro which isn’t a problem but the dish felt a bit salty for my taste and i would have preferred more peanut sauce. Very filling and generous portion though if portion size is more important than taste.
I tried a delightful watermelon sour beer, Sour Otis from a local brewery. Perfect little summer beer.
Enjoyed their enclosed patio with strings of patio lights and windows that could stay open. Nice view of the outdoor space where a live band played and folks danced in the space 🙂

Stopping in and ordering the Thai APPETIZER PLATTER and a small bowl of Tom Yum Goong soup adding some rice noodles for our lunch. Staffs are friendly, fast, and helpful but the food is average. The deep fried spring rolls are contained mostly vermicelli noodles which has no taste if being eaten alone; deep fried dumplings have the similar taste to the spring rolls; the BBQ curry chicken skewers are pretty bitter as being over marinated with curry. The chicken skewers should have the sweetness, the saltiness well combined with the curry taste. The Brussel sprouts are the only acceptable dish here. The Tom Yum Goong soup should have the sweetness, sourness, saltiness of the Vietnamese fish sauce, spiciness, lemon grass, and other Thai herbs within the soup. It should be served with either rice or Vietnamese Pho noodles. For me, the food is average due to lack of delicious balance and original flavours.

We visited Lemongrass for the first time as a team supper. The food was fresh and well-prepared, with solid flavors across the dishes we tried. The service was friendly and accommodating, which made the evening enjoyable. While nothing was particularly standout, there were so many dishes on the menu that I’d love to come back and try a few more. Overall, a pleasant experience and a good choice for a casual group meal.

My favourite restaurant in Saint John, I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience. Most recently I had their Burmese pork special and it was deliciously spicy and crunchy. My wife had her usual, coconut rice, brussel sprouts, and chicken satays and she was happy as a clam! Make sure you ask for a side of Phil’s eyes

Absolutely wonderful experience, the food was perfectly seasoned, not to sweet, salty, nor spicy
Everything was balanced
We had the Cashew chicken, Pork Drunken Noodles, and the Pub Platter
We also had a Cardamom Sour and the Rainy Day in Bangkok Mocktails
As you can see from the photos above/below we ate and left some crumbs but enjoyed every bite

This was the best all around dining experience I’ve had in ages. The decor, beer selection, service and cuisine was a perfect combination of everything I love in one spot. Nothing missed. I can’t wait to go back

The menu offered a tantalizing array of options, each dish bursting with flavour and expertly plated.
What truly set this restaurant apart was the generous portions served. Each plate was not only beautifully presented but also filled to the brim with deliciousness.

The service was friendly and quick, and the food tasted good, I had the curry. However, it had far too much sauce compared to the vegetables and shrimp. The vegetables were just peppers, and the dish ended up being spicier than expected almost too spicy to eat. Other then the food the have a good selection of beers.
