Dear Dunkin Team,
I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at the Presque Isle, Maine drive-thru. I waited in line for approximately 25 minutes after placing an order for a breakfast sandwich and four donuts. Unfortunately, once I was in line, there was no way to exit because there were cars behind me and the double-lane setup prevented me from going around.
I understand busy moments happen, but this was unusually long and very frustrating as a customer. I hope you’re able to look into staffing, workflow, or process adjustments so this doesn’t continue for others.

When I pulled into the second order line. I was the only person in line at the time. I was told that they would be with me shortly. I figured that they had online orders to complete first so I was understanding of that. But when 5 -7 other cars pulled up in the first order line, order, and are served before I have even been fully acknowledged and am still waiting to even order thats when I have a problem. I understand needing to be patient but I was basically ignored.

Miserable checkout lady didnt even thank me for a tip and argued I had a fork i asked for untill I dumped the bag out infront of her. 7$ drinks are ridiculous when your being treated like the coffee they messed up tastes. Crap….

I understand that this location is probably short staffed. But having to wait for 53 minutes, yes 53 minutes, in the drive thru is completely unacceptable. I would have left, but I had already paid for my mobile order. There were maybe 8 cars in front of me. Two left before they even ordered. Quite a few other customers that were behind me drive off too. The worker was friendly, but please do better with the speed of service.

Very slow wait times, often for no apparrent reason. Staff are nice, but so what if it takes forever to even get acknowledged when you pull up to the order area.
Go to nearby Caribou Dunkin, better and faster
Clearly the owner could care less about this store, don’t see how they can profit

Amazing coffee amazing pastries amazing sandwiches and amazing lattes especially their s’mores ice latte and prices are good there are 10 to 20 dollars for half of the menu I went there and I ordered the whole menu and it cost me $45.98

As I’m writing this at 9:03 pm, we arrived at Dunkin 8:50 pm and waited in the drive through for 5 minutes no one answered. We go to the window 8:55 no one to be seen, all lights are on. We pull into the parking space infront of the window and go up there was no one until we walked away and seen a glimpse of someone. There was another customer waiting who knows how long at the window before us and the drove away and even went back through again after us. We only wanted 1 drink. If the hours changed update the website. Not recommended.

This makes the fourth or 5th time I’ve been to this establishment and I must say they are consistent. Don’t expect to get a coffee any quicker than 20 minutes so that rules out anyone stopping here on their half hour lunch break. I don’t know who’s running this show but it’s kind of ridiculous. Even when they’re not apparently busy it still takes forever to get an iced coffee. It’s a small building so maybe it’s not laid out efficiently to get stuff done in a timely manner? Maybe they’re not getting trained properly? Maybe they’re short staffed? The girl at the window was nice but other than that this is probably the slowest service I’ve ever had at a dunkin’. Management or corporate needs to get involved because I can’t imagine they’re making any money at this place.

Had a doordash order, and it took 30 mins to get it. Get more workers at this shop if you want to keep your business busy. 30 mins is BS. Another doordasher canceled his order cause it was taking forever. Also get more bagels. They told me they were out of plain, when the customer asked if you guys had the white cheddar twists, they said yes then another worker came and said they were out. Other customers said their orders were wrong and got money back. Whomever is in charge needs to get there crap together.
Pt 2 – Just seen a worker sneezing into their hands and acted like they didn’t ans kept working….. ew
