We planned a birthday celebration for our son at his preschool, with pizza as the only lunch option for all the children that day. We called the order in early, with an estimated time of 20 minutes. They were nowhere near the time estimate, with over 45 minutes late. All the children were waiting for the Pizza and had to be given other food options because it did not arrive on time. This is terrible service, and whoever is managing this place needs to be seriously reprimanded for this.

Domino’s pizzas are much better than they used to be, but my recommendation would be to order via phone instead of their app. The app gives no indication of how long of a wait you can expect. Midday on a Friday I ordered a sandwich and a salad. After waiting 40 minutes with no change on the app tracker, I called and was told there was a hour wait so I could expect another 20 minutes before the delivery arrives. I don’t blame the workers, but if I knew about the long wait I would’ve rethought the purchase.

Order was missing the drink. I called as soon as we noticed it was missing hoping it was in the car and the delivery driver could just come back with it. I sat on hold for 18 minutes and then was hung up on. Called back and waited for 26 minutes and was hung up on again. Can’t get it fixed or a refund because nobody will answer the phone.

Terrible I ordered from Uber eats I paid $30 for a pizza and a salad and delivery fee and I was charged and nothing was ever delivered. Then when I called Uber eats they told me I had to wait 3 to 5 business days for my refund.

My pizza was not very good at all. It literally looked like the toppings had been thrown on top. It was cut oddly and the dough had been stretched so thin in the middle that the pizza had come apart while it cooked. Something was off about the cheese too, the texture just wasn’t quite right. I wouldn’t say it was gross but it wasn’t good. I typically can eat a full medium pizza but this one was so off I didn’t even have the desire to finish it.

I’m not rating the food cause we all know Domino’s is just standard pizza, but I give 5 stars to the service. I ordered two pizzas for delivery tonight and one came just fine, but the other had clearly been dropped. The box was broken and the pizza was a total mess. I called the store, explained it, and asked for a replacement. I don’t know who I spoke with, but she was great and said they’d remake it right away. The new pizza came quickly and it was just as expected. That’s great customer care and I really appreciated it.

The pizza we ordered was good, however the staff need some training at customer service. They apparently were in the middle of a conversation when I walked in to pick up our pizza, and while they paused long enough to ask my name and told me how much I owed them, they jumped right back into thier convetsation which included using curse words in front of the customer. I am glad to know that the staff are visiting with each other while they work, but would recommend they pause thier conversations and definitely refrain from cursing when customers are in the store .

A bug in the food, . We ordered 2 large pizza. When we opened we immediately saw a fly , which we first thought eyelashes, but was a dead fly. Our dinner was ruined. Disgusting. Customer service sucks also. Workers complained we ordered late eventhough we ordered within working hours. We don’t know if the fly is put intentionally; can’t verify this one. Will never order again. Lesson learned.

Domino’s, what do you expect. I ordered three pizzas, a medium pepperoni and pineapple a medium pepperoni and a medium cheese and this is what they look like. They tasted okay but you get what you pay forthere’s hardly any toppings.
