I had a great time. I ordered the com suong nuong (rice with pork) and my friend ordered the beef stew (with rice noodles) and limeade. The food was delicious. I’ve been going here with family for a long time for years, but it was my first time going here without them. Still had a lovely time. 🙂 I’d definitely recommend their rice dishes the most. They’re one of my favorite viet restaurants. The atmosphere was quiet and easy to talk in, and the staff were very nice.

I ordered the spring rolls, but the shrimp looked almost raw and didn’t seem fully cooked. I also ordered the bun soup, but it came without water spinach, which is an important ingredient. Overall, the food was disappointing and not what I expected.

I’ve been frequenting Pho Kimmy for years and it never disappoints. Generous bowls of tasty Pho with beef and brisket along with a side order of the spring rolls is my go to. Pho is piping hot with a decent garnish plate to complete the dish as you like. Spring rolls are large and fresh with generous portions of shrimp and veggies with a peanut type sauce that brings it all together. I never leave hungry…in fact, I’m getting hungry just thinking about this!

Pho Kimmy is great. The atmosphere is cozy and the portions are so satisfying and huge. The chicken and rice is great but add that spicy oil and take it to another level. The clear spring rolls are off the better. Definitely recommend going there.

Their specialty banh hoi (#41) was very enjoyable. The water spinach soup (#45) was another hit. The egg rolls were good but wasn’t the rice paper style I was expecting per menu description.

I think this place is good for little bites. My favorites are popcorn chicken and goi cuon. There’s only one person who makes the smoothies super good and unfortunately they don’t work everyday. I have dined in and ordered to go and both times the food came out fast. The atmosphere and service is very informal.

WOW! I will be going back! The portions are very generous. The flavor is delicious and customizable as they give you a side of bean sprouts, cilantro, mint, lime, jalapeños, chili sauce, and more. The warm broth stayed hot the entire time you ate and the spoons allowed every bite to be customized. The boba was a great dessert. Great family owned Restaurant!

Very good food, surprisingly good. The bread for the bahn mi must have been baked that day. The Special Combination pho was loaded with meat, I got the medium bowl which was plenty for one person. The spring rolls were large and made to order. Moving back to Cincinnati after years of living in SF and NYC I was worried that it would be hard to find a good authentic Vietnamese place that stood up to some of the best I’ve had but Pho Kimmy does an excellent job.
