Really nice local joint close to the park and lake. I stopped in to get a change of scenery while I worked remote, and got a nicely made bacon cheeseburger and fries. Would have stayed to try a shake but ran out of time. Service was good they brought my food to me but forgot napkins.
Almost 5 stars but the outside needs a good tidy up, tables wiped and the trash cans outside were filled at 2.30pm on a Friday.
I’ll probably be back and hopefully then it’ll be a 5 star review.

Probably some of the best sandwiches in town along with being much more affordable than any fast food restaurant. We always get the pizza from here for our church youth group and is much more inexpensive then the other fast food pizza places. Amazing ice cream and food in a hole in the wall location.
They need to clean the place up a bit in my opinion. Maybe change the outside ordering station to newer/cleaner glass and just a bit of an update in general

This place has THE BEST SUBS IN ASHTABULA COUNTY! I dare you to find better! We got the turkey club & it was phenomenal! It was so full of meat & veggies, it was amazing! We’ve tried a lot of subs around town & were about to give up…SO glad we found this place! The staff was super friendly, helpful & accommodating to our schedule too. TEN STARS!!!! Keep up the good work! ***This review was left in 2020. The last year their subs have gone downhill. I wasn’t going to say anything but when you pay almost $30 for 2 subs, I feel it would be a disservice not to. The last few subs we’ve had, had half the meat they used to & the buns are different. These are not the same quality they used to be & definitely not worth the price. Maybe it was the young kids working there or maybe they’re cutting costs, I don’t know but be aware none the less.***

I bragged about this place to my mother. We brought my niece down to play on swing and ordered pizza for them to try. Waited long time someone finally asked what I ordered. They handed me my pizza and chicken finger meal for my niece. Walked across the street opened to box cheese wasn’t even melting. Everything was cold. Not happy especially after bragging about how great it was. Brought them from Jefferson. Not happy

Best food in Madison, not even close. What’s crazier is that the pricing is even better. My favorite order is a plain cheese, well done pizza with hot BBQ wings and a cookies and cream milkshake. This place has never let me down with anything on menu. Also, amazing subs and if you just want a small bite the hot dogs are great too!
