The bathrooms are automated and clean! Iyana J associate helped us and went above and beyond even though she was busy she stopped to get us to go boxes and asked of everything was good. The chips took long to fry up so she gave us a small buffalo dip which was very delicious. I loved the insane sauce! Finally a luxury fast food joint with heat! So in love.

I visited this location recently and was highly disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a wings combo and asked to add ranch and cheese to my fries. I even mentioned that I was willing to pay for the extra sauces, knowing it was an addition. However, the cashier told me she could only give me a side of ranch and cheese, but she couldn’t put it on the fries.
I asked for clarification since I didn’t mind paying, but she repeated that it wasn’t something they could do with a combo order. That made no sense to me because why charge me for the items separately and put them in a bag, but refuse to add them to the fries I specifically requested? I obviously didn’t have a warmer in my car to melt cheese over fries myself so I was quite frustrated.
In the end, I told her not to worry about it and just took my order plain. But when I pulled up to the window, she was nonchalant and dismissive, almost as if she was irritated that I even asked more than once about the add-ons. The whole experience felt unprofessional and unaccommodating.
Unfortunately, I don’t see myself returning to this location.

2026.. I’m confused on what’s going on here .. I used to like zaxbys a lot but I’m at the point where I don’t wanna go to any location anymore . I’m always cut off while placing my order . They be in a rush and miserable. Then they serve cold food or wrong food or drink .
Yeah it’s my choice to eat there or to even leave this review . But I’d rather people have an update before pulling in and being disappointed. 8/10 I’m dissatisfied by zaxbys . How do u have rude people working at customer service? Where is the hospitality? Smh raisin canes here I come .

I literally always have issues with something wrong or missing. Usually it’s like a missing side of honey mustard I paid for or something small and nothing to complain about. I’ve gotten into the habit of always asking at the drive through (is this done right?). I didn’t do that tonight and of course I had issues. Tonight really upset me. I ordered a fried house salad with no tomatoes and no cheese. Also ordered 10 fingers, and 5 boneless wings. And fries. In reality I received 9 fingers and one tiny piece the size of a chicken nugget (I have pictures). Just this alone wouldn’t compel me to leave a review, but the salad came with both tomatoes and cheese. My 38 week pregnant wife’s dinner was ruined. Boneless wings and fries were fine. I included Pictures of my receipt as well as my 9 fingers with one ridiculous one, and salad which has both tomatoes and cheese.

The drive-thru moves fast! That’s the only plus. It moves so fast because they don’t check orders. I was giving a salad without the chicken and my chicken finger platter was missing a few chicken tenders. I was also given Diet Coke instead of regular. Even with them replacing the meal (which won’t happen until tomorrow because it’s storming) I’m still extremely inconvenienced because I have to drive far to get to this place. Never coming to this location again.

Frequent weekday lunches here for my senior parents. They drive all the way to this location wen though there is one closer to their house. why? They get free senior drinks here. AND because my parents eat so little, they share a salad and still don’t finish. They ask the servers to divide the salad into two take out boxes, which they do with a smile, and this allows them to bring home the leftover. Kudos to the staff here! Thank you for being so nice to my parents!!!
