OMG!!! I absolutely love Mama’s Kitchen!! Some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met and a very impressive menu!! The food was absolutely divine!! I had the Big Pig Platter with Brunswick Stew and tater logs. My husband chose the Brisket Plate with potato salad and baked beans. The ribs were very tender and just melt in your mouth!! The stew was good too (and it’s hard to find some good stew in my opinion). And please try the strawberry lemonade!! All plates come with two sides and free refills on the tea and lemonade. And yes, this is a food truck but they have an outdoor seating area (with tvs) if you want to eat there.

Best ribs we ever ate! Literally, completely fell off the bone. They provided sauce, but I didn’t put it on the ribs because they were sooo good without it. Tea was not as sweet as I normally like it, but it didn’t take away from anything because the ribs were so good. The Mushroom Swiss burger & and bacon cheese burgers were good as well. We highly recommend!

I had such high hopes for such a small, country set, mom n pop kinda place. Lady at the order taking window was super patient, due to it being my first time visiting…and the menu selection was quite overwhelming. Pulled pork, to me, was average…at best. Not much flavor. Baked Beans…like granny’s. Sweet Tea……straight sugar…far too sweet for my liking. If in that area again, I would like to visit again…anyone can have an off day.

Great experience! My husband was there a couple days ago and after talking to the owner.. he made me go today (Friday) to get Steaks fresh off the smoker comes w| a Papa size baked potato and side salad . Delicious food ! Disclaimer: I took the inside of the potato out and mashed it myself add the peppers on the side so don’t think that’s how it looks when you get it

09/07/23- I stand by the older review that I left, I do however wish there was a way to improve call in orders. Twice this week I’ve tried unsuccessfully to place a call in. I guess when your food is that good, call ahead orders just get the luck of the draw.
Initial thoughts were that it was pricey for lunch for 3 people. Let me just say, I’ll gladly pay the prices again. We had a Brisket Philly with onion rings, a Chicken Sandwich with Curley Fry’s, and a Big Mike’s Chicken Philly with okra. All of our meals were seasoned to perfection. The portions were on point. Sweet tea was awesome.Service was fantastic. In my opinion, the prices were in line with the quality of what we received. I think our total was around 45$ but let’s be honest, this day in time you can drop 30-35$ at the fast food joints for three full meals and I promise they don’t compare to Mama’s! See you all again very soon.

This place was a hidden gem for us! NOT ANYMORE! Now, I need to catch up on the other menu choices! Places like this put something in their service that the “big chains” don’t. Its called heart! This place rocks…I got the “Big Paul” Steak Philly with HOT Crinkle Cut Fries and 2 COLD can cokes. I had to eat it all right then in the parking lot in my work van. Waiting was not an option. I will be back next weekend.

Huge, tasty meal in an unassuming gem. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I pulled up, but being from small town south GA I knew this could be awesome and it was. Great, prompt service and tasty food. Had a sampler of pork, ribs and sausage and all were good but the ribs and sausage were my favorites. Highly recommend to anyone passing through!
