I ordered online for pickup, and when I got home, there were basically only chicken crumbs in my order. I understand paying extra for more, but there should at least be a reasonable amount of chicken. I’m really disappointed

I’ve always had a pleasant and friendly experience from the staff, and our order has always been correct! I feel like they are doing everything in their power to “hook us up” but unfortunately the size of the bowl shrunk AGAIN. I noticed it happen once before. I used to have some leftovers every time, but now I can eat a full bowl and still be hungry afterwards… not worth the price increase.
The whole “leaning into $100,000+ household crowd” is total BS and lies… especially in this particular area lol. This business is going to start dying now. If you are still craving chipotle even after the portion shrinking and quality decline, I suggest getting a burrito because the bowls are just laughably shallow and tiny now.

This is literally the worst location, serving sizes are always so small compared to any other chipotle I been too. Ridiculous they’re okay giving serving sizes so small and charge so much. This chipotle location definitely needs better ethics, very rude
-update: just finished my meal the portion size was so small I had to go to chick fila to get a full meal. At least chick fila has nice employees and is consistent with fair serving sizes

Wife found an approx. coiled 10cm piece of wire in her bowl this evening. I called first, however the endless loop of automation doesn’t get you to anyone.
And the Owner replies with a generic Chipotle help link. No thanks, i’ll be reaching out to the Dept. of State Health Services at this point. This establishment doesn’t take safety seriously or anything according to reviews.

I ordered a bowl from Chipotle online and when I opened it, it was almost empty. The portion size was ridiculously small compared to what I usually get in-store. For the price, it’s frustrating to feel like I barely got half a meal. If I wanted a kid-sized bowl, I would’ve ordered one. Definitely disappointing, especially since I was looking forward to it.

I had a bad experience at this Chipotle. The lady at the counter was really rude when I tried to use my points for free chips. She just said she didn’t know why it wasn’t working and acted like she didn’t care. No smile, no effort to help, just bad energy all around. The whole team seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Definitely disappointing.
