This Dunkin is the worst. Every single time I get an iced coffee there, it makes me sick to my stomach, and I never have that issue with any other location. I don’t know if they don’t clean their machines or what, but I ordered an ice coffee last night and suffered my life decisions. Not to mention, about a month ago, I ordered a bagel in the drive through and was surprised when I opened it and saw a big thick hair in my cream cheese. I was given such a hard time about it and had to fight them to get a refund.

I don’t like reviewing fast food, but this was bad. They messed up my order in the drive thru and then I came in to get what they forgot. It took me 8 minutes! Sandwich was cold and hashbrowns were squished (by the time I got them) and the staff gave no apology. Bummer. Just a huge disappointment. Plenty of other places I’ll go next time.

Waited until I had 5 or 6 visits to rate: No access from North or East. No room for excess drive thru lane, parking lot gets gridlocked. Employees usually can’t speak well. Long wait times. I recommend the Dunkin donuts around the corner on Lake Cook; there could be 20 cars and it’s no problem, they are the fastest drive through I have ever experienced. Just tried my breakfast sandwich, tastes like garbage. Again, Lake Cook, never had a problem in two years.

The coffee here consistently hits the mark, delivering a satisfying cup every time. The breakfast options, however, leave a bit to be desired — they tend to be average, with most dishes being reheated rather than freshly made. Still, it’s a convenient spot that’s perfect for grabbing a quick bite when you know exactly what you’re in the mood for.

They mess up with my order every time. This is the closest dunkin donut to me but the service is just poor. Unfriendly soco frowning all the time and the nerve to get mad when they didn’t get my order right like it’s my fault. Yes same as what others have said in the reviews! Thats the type of attitude they give you even if they are wrong. Not coming back here again. Ordered for the last time today and ofcourse they got it wrong again.

Their customer service is amazing their food was amazing but unfortunately when you see the back table with the napkins and the sugars and stuff coming off the wall all the donuts look all messed up and just a hot mess.
