The food is excellent—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Service is friendly and attentive, keeping things moving smoothly even during busy times. The atmosphere is simple but comfortable enough for a relaxed meal. Overall, a great spot for delicious food and dependable service.

Great Food, excellent service. It was pretty busy walking in on a Saturday afternoon. One of the guys from the kitchen decided to come up front and ask what I was having, Pepper steak yellow rice and beans, before serving it up he actually pulled out a fresh batch of pepper steak From their Oven. Great food, extremely generous portions and excellent service.

This place it is simply a small restaurant with lots of love. The staff is great and the food was amazing. This was my first time visiting and ordered the Mangú (mashed green plantains) with Molleja Guizada (Gizzard Stew) and Morir Soñando (Orange and Cream drink).
My friend was visiting New York for the first time and this was his first time eaiting Dominican Food and he simply loved it.
We had some café (coffee) and the rest was simply great. The staff was so humbled and friendly. If you are in this side of the neighborhood make sure you visit them. You will love it.
Pros: The food is amazing. From breakfast to lunch this place is amazing. The price is just right for the food you receive. The service is great. If you don’t have cash, they take debit and credit cards which is convenient.
Cons: The restaurant is small and the sitting area is tiny. About 4 tables only.

Bacon egg and cheese on toasted roll with butter.
Why the bacon so gray? There was only like TWO slices and undercooked as steak. Had to peel off some pieces because because it looked so gross.
Photo taken with iPhone 15 Pro.
Bread was type stiff for being fresh toasted. Feel like they gave up an old roll.
The Spanish food on display looked really good. That’s more like for lunch tho

Stopped by with a craving for pastelon, which they had readily available. It was made a little different than I was used to, but I enjoyed it. I also ordered some pernil with rice and beans which was pretty good. I’d definitely come back if I’m in the area craving some Spanish food.
