I consider myself a reasonable person. I understand that when a restaurant opens a learning curve should be expected and that will result in things not being as efficient as they should be. However this restaurant has been open way too long to be as slow as they are. I get that the food is made to order, so to expect to be in line for 5 minutes would be unreasonable. 10 minutes would be fair, but I waited 20 minutes for my food, watched as 7 ( I counted) people behind me received their order before me. Now for those who have never had Chick-fil-A anywhere other than Jackson it may not be as obvious. But for those who know the reputation the chain has for efficiency, this location will forever be a disappointment. When I inquired why my order took so long I was told a BS story. When I pushed back, I was then told the staff missed part of the order on the screen. Never was offered anything for the inconvenience other than a sorry. I contacted the owner/operator; never received a call back. Is the food good? Yes. Does the staff appear friendly? Yes. Is it somewhere you would go if you don’t have 20-25 minutes to wait in line? Hard No.

It’s Chick-fil-A it’s always great. The staff is friendly and above and beyond helpful to make sure your order is what you want. I am a picky eater and they help me every time with no hatred or attitude. Y’all rock! Jackson has it right.

Enough is enough! I rarely leave reviews, partly because life is busy and partly because nothing ever gets done when it’s negative. This place, like many Fast Food (and I use that term loosely because these places are seldom fast these days) restaurants, has become exceedingly complacent. This is the 7th, yes, the 7th time we have had this same problem. We ordered a gluten-free bun with a crispy chicken meal because my girlfriend has a gluten sensitivity and is not outright celiac, and they just decided that she wants to pay for all that and not get the protein. Ridiculous. How about you train your staff to ask specifically if they want the crispy chicken instead of assuming that we ordered that specific one and forgot to tell you we wanted the chicken that literally comes with the meal! Wake up, people!! Keep hiring subpar management, and this will keep happening. Driving halfway across town when I finally realize you messed up my order is unacceptable. My food is cold, and now you will have to make everything over. Horrible attention to details at this location. Can’t believe this place was recently opened. SMH

I had heard a lot of good things about the restaurant, decided to give it a. I had a spicy chicken, waffle fries, and lemonade. It was OK. I never been a fan of waffle fries. They cool and get soft, by the time they arrived they had a head start. Lemonade was terrific. The sandwich was good, IMHO Wendy’s is still the best spicy chicken sandwich. I might go back sometime. With current economic conditions, I am reducing my outside food expenses.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The staff in Jackson are consistently friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. Food is always hot, fresh, and exactly how it should be. Even when it’s busy, they keep things moving smoothly and with a great attitude. Easily one of the best-run fast food spots in town.

It’s ChickFila so it’s very good food, however they are slow, we were excited a location was finally opened in town but don’t go much since they always take forever to serve you. Just another Macdonald’s with a different logo and type of food, however it think Macdonald’s is faster and I have never seen the owner so that probably tell you how much she cares.

The food is great, the service has alot of improvements to make. They seem to focus on the drive thru if you go inside they make you feel like you’re putting them out of their environment, especially if you didn’t order online and they have to verbally take your order, manually enter it and take your payment ! Watch their face if you use cash, it’s sad. The design of the entire parking lot and the entrance and exit make you feel like you’re an experiment in a rat maze, your food pick up at the end is your prize for not being hit by another car trying to find their way out to the road ! The sitting area was not clean, we had to look for a clean seat to sit on in the booths. The restrooms needed attention. We were disappointed with our dine in experience. I don’t like to eat in my car.
