The food quality is unacceptable at this place!! Our mozzarella sticks had all the cheese cooked out of them with no cheese left inside, the fries were undercooked, barely warm & limp, the ice cream cone we got had an oddly shaped dolup of ice cream on top that barely came up an inch over the top of the cone, barely got any actual ice cream, so I guess I should have ordered a cup instead… & the cheesy jalapeño bites were lukewarm, not fresh & they shorted us one! There were only 3 in our 4 piece order!! There was literally something wrong with every single item we ordered. Never going back to this location!

So I havent had burger king for a very long time and I tried it again ordering a bacon burger and a chicken sandwich. The burger was perfect. Juicy hot and very good. The chicken was crispy. The fries tasted good as well. The service was fast in the drive thru and friendly people. Awesome job

I used to eat here regularly years ago when working in Ankeny, always good, but tonight..good food, but what a wait! We pulled up right to order screen, no wait, ordered our food and told to pull to the front. After a couple minutes, we notice 5 other cars with people just sitting waiting for food. One family was already eating when we arrived inside. Overall, a 16 minute wait. Wild! But food was warm and good!

This location of Burger King has a lot of free parking in their lot and surrounding parking lots. They have a deal for two Whopper Juniors for just $5. If you read the small print, you can read that they have an alternative $5 Whopper Junior meal deal that includes a Whopper Junior, fries (which can be substituted for Onion Rings for no extra charge), chicken nuggets, and a soft drink. The value of this combo is fantastic. Customer service is professional and speedy at this location. Burger King has good kids meals, and I would highly recommend visiting this location of Burger King.

Took over 15 mins to place an order and receive my food. Thats with one person ahead of me. I think everyone was so high out of their minds. I stopped to try and get something quick to eat before my second job. Now I sit here late and hungry. I made a bad mistake coming here.

Haven’t been to Burger King in years. I see now that the old “have it your way” days are gone. I went at 2:00 p.m. so there was no rush and only one person in front of me. I wanted the steakhouse with mushrooms burger but no onion rings or aioli on it and she repeated my order. Now I wonder if someone said “good luck with that” after the mic was off because not only was there no flame broil taste at all, but the onion rings and pepper aioli were on it. It still took 10 minutes to get and I was hungry so I didn’t check my order before I left. That was on me. It made a mess but I scraped the onion rings off but couldn’t get all the aioli off and I did not like it at all. I guess it’ll be a few years again before I go back to Burger King.

We waited over 45 minutes for our food. When we asked for our money back to just go to McDonalds, the manager in charge, Latitia, started saying not nice things from the back. Everyone in the restaurant was appalled at her outburst. I will hands down never go back.

So, I read the other reviews, but it’s 11:40am and I wanted a Double Whopper w/Cheese. It’s a guilty pleasure.
Guess what? I entered, ordered it, and within a couple of minutes, I had a fresh, hot Double Whopper with Cheese…and I enjoyed it.

I took my mother there to get her a “quick” lunch through the drive thru…it took 25 minutes to get a number 4 meal. She said her fries were hot and sandwich was good. Have plenty of time if you plan on visiting this place. We didn’t even get a “sorry for your wait”.
