Came here tonight and Mohamed helped me with my order. As soon as I came inside he asked what I needed if I had an order and asked my name. I had ordered online. I looked around at the sauces and was waiting. He said I could go ahead and pay and that he would bring out the rest of my order to me. That worked out well. He was very caring and understanding of my needs. He was kind to go the extra mile to do that when I had ordered a pick up. This will be my new Casey’s pizza location. They had great food and service. Thank you Mohamed! You are only as good as your people that you hire. They are in luck with the crew that was working tonight.

I have never been to a place with more incompetent people working than this Casey’s. I put an order for two pizzas one hot sausage and one regular sausage. I also put in the directions to please label them so I know which ones they are. Not asking the world here. This is what I received. When I asked which one was what, they said they have no idea. How hard is it to label pizza boxes especially when there are directions??? This is not the first time this place has messed up. This is like the third. That’s why I’m leaving a review because this is getting ridiculous. Management needs to step up and do some more training or hire some better people. Ridiculous.

VERY RUDE lady at register. Yelled at me to pick up a pizza bag that dropped off of my bag which I was planning to get after I set down my food. Stood staring at register when we went to pay, then came over to check us out and didn’t say a word the whole time. Not even my total. When walking out I said you could’ve said something and not just been rude. Never a problem with others here.

I went in today to grab a fountain drink, once i went to pay i only found a single hundred dollar bill in my wallet, I apologize in advance to the employee which is an older man and he scoffs and complains it’s literally his job to give me my change. Very bad service not happy with my visit.

I stopped in there at 8:30 in the morning on 8/31 and the staff was so outstanding! I was on the way home with my daughter after an appointment with a medical specialist in the area and we stopped because we needed something to drink. My daughter was looking at the hot food selection and the woman cooking it offered to make her something fresh. Then a young man who worked there came up and recommended the food items he felt were the best. Even the girl at the cash register was so friendly that morning… we felt like we walked back in time when customer service was so important to companies. We plan on making it a regular stop when we are out there for our doctor appointment follow ups. Thank you for such great service, it made our day!

I was there for my 6:15 am breakfast pizza pick up. I waited without any acknowledgement for over 7 minutes, to find out the pizza maker was still working on the order. Long story short, 10 minutes past my pick up time, I asked for an update and was told it would be at least another 8 minutes. I didn’t schedule for a 6:30 am pick up, as I needed to be arriving at my destination by that time. Attendant making the pizza’s was very snippy with the other attendant who at least acknowledged me after 10 minutes and was trying to see how much longer I would have to wait. I received no apologies and I decided to leave without the 5 pizzas’s. I picked up donuts from another establishment.

The card readers are usually not working so you are suppose to walk inside to pay for gas. This leaves you guessing how much to pay for and the line to pay for gas is forever because the workers are off doing other tasks. Since this is a consistent issue I need to remember this and stop using this location.

Came in before our flight back to Arizona..my daughter wanted a breakfast pizza from Casey’s before we left. It was almost 11am and all the slices were gone. Matt was so accommodating. He made one up for us! Thank you Matt! It would not have been a complete trip home without it!
