It’s very rare that you get to meet an owner who is more worried about whether you are fed well and happy with the service, than worry about the bottom line. There are not enough stars in the night time sky to give this restaurant!!!
That being said, the food was mouth watering beyond belief. And the service was second to none.
It should be known that you DO NOT have to stay at the Mount Hood Village to be able to fill your belly with great food and have a polite hostess.
P.S
They love birthdays as much as I do, and even took the time to make my girl feel special on her special day singing her happy birthday!!!

If you want a good spiced chai tea latte, go to the Dragonfly Cafe & Bakery. I’ve had many diluted chai tea lattes over time, but this was the complete opposite. The latte was very hot when I received it and it had a good spice to it with a creamy finish. Highly highly recommend!

The cafe environment is so cozy and welcoming. Lots of positive energy! And it feels like an experience.

The person who assisted with my latte at the window was SUPER kind. They even GAVE me a slice of sticky bread from the kitchen, because I wasn’t really into the raspberry option that was displayed at the window. I have every reason to believe that this person is the owner of this establishment.

The Dragonfly Cafe & Bakery really sets its self apart from the rest. Definitely check it out! I know I will be back.

Okay. So. If I lived in the Mt. Hood area I would eat here at least once a week.

Maybe more.
Definitely not less.

Very cozy atmosphere, great customer service, bomb food!

We will be back.

Decided to check out this place. Ordered the prime rib. It looked so good I didn’t have time to take a photo until after.

The owner was wonderful. She recommended the prime rib so I decided to order it. Homemade rolls as well.

Definitely recommend this place for anyone in the area.

Prices were amazing and everyone enjoyed their food. We ordered the french toast, kids silver dollar pancakes, BTK burrito, and Greek omelet. Food seemed to come out at a reasonable time even with a large order. They brought out kids food first which is always appreciated! Service was great – we were checked on frequently and offered coffee refills frequently. Overall it was a good visit and we would come back again.

Great service and amazing food. Homemade toast, fantastic pulled pork and very good bloody mary’s. This is a great mom and pop place to eat.

Very slow service today. There weren’t that many other people here either but the two servers were running around like headless chickens. I felt bad for them. I waited 20 minutes for one to notice me – it is a “seat yourself” restaurant. I saw a family of 6 walk in, the waitress told them to wait, and 15 minutes later they walked out because all the workers were ignoring them.

I ordered an iced latte, which they claim they can make, but what I got was iced coffee, no milk. A latte is espresso… with milk… usually steamed… not sure if they know the difference? This happened TWICE with two different waitresses.

I had the veggie style eggs benedict, it was pretty decent. The bread they put it on did not taste like sourdough but it was very good nonetheless.
