Gizzards slightly undercooked. Service was ok, kinda on the fence may give them another try and tell them to fry hard.

Cashier was rude. She made you not even want to order nothing. The wait was said to be 15 mins.. turned into 45 seemed like they prioritize doordash orders over walk in orders. Asked for my chicken and gizzards to be fried soft with mild sauce and black pepper there was literally 2 drops of mild sauce for the entire order. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND‼️

The chicken was delicious. I went there to get their honey biscuits. The Harold’s on Garfield that had them closed down and they were the only Harold’s in Chicago you could get the honey biscuits from. Now I got to go outside the city to either Monee, Moline, or Chicago Heights. I chose Chicago Heights this time. The biscuits were delicious buuuut. Chicago Heights don’t put the powdered sugar on their biscuits like Garfield use to do. Plus it was very cold in the establishment. I don’t know if they had the heat on low or off in the front. My food was ready but it was all in A paper bag. It started ripping as I headed toward my building I had to hurry. They don’t have any plastic bags because the food sweats but at least the franchisees in Chicago give you A choice of paper or plastic. The one in Chicago Heights doesn’t offer A choice. Made it to my place before the paper bag completely ripped apart. Yes I ran the gauntlet but I got those biscuits and ate all ten of them. Delicious.

I had the pleasure of giving this Harold’s a try today. I was skeptical because of the older reviews but once I saw that it was under new management I decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did! I was completely impressed with the customer service. From the phone call where I placed my order to my service when I picked it up was wonderful. They were cheerful and eager to assist. Baby then I got home and tried my food! It was Hot and Fresh, The sauce was right and My order was correct! You guys definitely gained a new customer out of me. Thank you again!

Everytime I come here. Nobody is ever at the window and takes forever for them to even acknowledge that your even there. The food is good and worth it. But the amount of time you wait before even placing an order is crazy.

Food was terrible, chicken taste old and refried, also chicken wings were very small. Tenders taste like the were cooked in fish grease. All around horrible never coming back.

The employees are playing around and making fun of you from the kitchen. They have you ringing the service bell, and they just laugh and make mocking comments.

Based on my order, they’re a lil cheaper than the other Harold’s. Yeah some of the chicken was soggy, but that’s because of the bucket. Chicken was hot and fresh. The flavor isn’t there, like little to no seasoning, but that doesn’t make it bad. It’s a better option for people with high blood pressure I guess. I’m a little disappointed that the sauce is extra. I’m assuming that because there was none in the bag.

Middle aged black women with no customer service skills was very rude and ignorant on 06/17th @2:50 pm. I Attempted to call in my order but was told I had to give my card number over the phone(which banks do not recommend for fraud purposes) Arrived to the store a short time later and was told a 30 min wait, I advised her I tried to call in my order but credit card number was requested, which is not good to do for a Customer and she replied “cause y’all play too much, call in orders and don’t pick up.” I asked her who is “y’all “, people of the same skin tone as yours?? She asked if I’m sure I want to place an order cause she’s busy, so i walked out and proceeded to the Monee location, which is less ghetto, had better food, cost less and most importantly, people who work there that appreciate my business and know how to act accordingly!!! Also there has been several carjackings at the Chgo Heights location, security guards are needed to get chicken, smh! Terrible location and need to be closed!!
